✨️ NEW BUSINESS LOGO ✨️

After 10 year's of Yogi Soul's business I've decided it's time for a fresh new energy ✨️

Here's my new logo I've been working on and am feeling pretty happy with the outcome.

At the moment I'm only teaching 1 class, every Monday evening at Whitchurch Scout hut but in the new year hope to build back up again in all area's of my teachings ✨️ so keep a lookout for new offerings!

FOLLOW THE SEASON'S, DAY RETREATS ✨️🌿

Today was our first of the four Seasonal day retreats I'm holding this year and today was Spring 🌿

We had a beautiful day of connection, calm and laughter.

Yoga, Yoga Nidra, chakra balancing, manifesting, Crystals, guidance cards and meditation!! Its been a wonderful day to transition into spring ✨️

I'm really looking forward to our Summer Solstice retreat day as our next one ☀️

When the Coach needs Coaching ✨️🙌

Since October last year I've absolutely kicked my own ass and Coached myself 💪

I'm now mostly in control of my symptoms, which is mainly hormone imbalance but I've lost 2 stone, I've learnt which food's trigger me, plus control and most Inflammation has gone!!!

Sometimes we forget to take our own advice or just don't absorb it as well but after some planning, commitment and hardwork my health is sky rocketing and I finally feel in control ❤️

If you're on a wellness journey just keep going and remember to show yourself the love you deserve ❤️

On my day retreats, we will be working with the energy of each new season and what it has to offer. I'm very excited for this year's unfolding ✨️
