Today, our Care Coordinator Louise completed the Assessors Workshop for Medication Handling.

In this course Louise learned how to assess our carers to be competent in their medication management and administration, identifying poor practice, having difficult conversations and using different assessment tools to make sure our team are providing safe and effective care.

We look forward to putting this good training to use and ensuring our team and providing the best high quality care for our service users.

Thank you to Partners in Care for providing such an essential course that enables us to continue to improve the service we provide.

🎄✨ Christmas Cheer with Our Wonderful Clients! ✨🎄

Yesterday, we had the absolute pleasure of hosting a festive Christmas party for our amazing clients! 🎅❤️ The room was filled with laughter, and plenty of holiday spirit as we celebrated this special time of year together.

It was such a joy to see everyone come together, sharing stories, smiles, and festive cheer. Moments like these remind us how lucky we are to care for such incredible individuals who inspire us every day.

To all our clients, thank you for allowing us to be a part of your lives. You make our work so meaningful, and we are endlessly grateful for your kindness, trust, and support throughout the year.

Word has travelled fast in the community about our carers who had a tree fall on their car whilst driving between calls tonight in Quinta Brook.

We want to reassure everyone that whilst this was serious and could have been a lot worse, luckily both carers are physically unharmed, but are a bit shaken up.

We want to thank Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service for their fast response and safely cutting away the tree to get our carers out. You are incredible at what you do and we are lucky to have people like you who look after our community when others are told to stay safe at home.

We also want to thank our community. The concern online and through texts and calls for the two carers and their wellbeing, as well as the appreciation for the work we do has been immense. It’s just another reminder to our team that they are valued and how they selflessly put themselves before others, even in dangerous conditions such as tonight.

Our team are wonderful and we couldn’t ask for better ❤️
