We are not really into talking too much about our professional history. So let’s talk more about you.

Because the thing is, I know that most people visiting this page don’t really want to know about me, they are looking for a sign that we might be the right people to help them. If you are on this page looking for a bit of support and guidance, then nothing we tell you here can change much. Certainly not a long list of our qualifications and experience. The art of helping people achieve incredible and long lasting change comes from getting to understand what makes you happy. So here is a little task for you;

What one thing about the way you look would you change to ensure the day was even more perfect? “You don’t need to get fit before you join a gym.”

It’s a bit like cleaning before the cleaner comes. Totally backwards.

But loads of people feel this way. Like they need to get fitter, slimmer, or somehow “better” before they step through the door.

You’d be surprised how many of our strongest, most confident members started out feeling unfit, unsure, or even dreading their first session.

No gym kit. No idea what to expect. Just a decision to show up.

That’s where the real change starts.

Our next training block starts tomorrow, 5th January

We’re heading into our first 10-week block of 2026.

This one’s focused on:

– 3-rep max military press (upper body strength)
– 3-rep max reverse lunges (lower body strength)
– Max reps hanging knee raises (skill movement)

It’s a chance to build strength with purpose.
Not just chasing numbers, but moving better and feeling stronger week by week.

Testing week will be the week commencing 9th March for anyone who wants to take part.
