MEE-FIT

MEE-FIT Hey, Dan here. It’s nice to have you checking out our page

We are not really into talking too much about our professional history. So let’s talk more about you.

Because the thing is, I know that most people visiting this page don’t really want to know about me, they are looking for a sign that we might be the right people to help them. If you are on this page looking for a bit of support and guidance, then nothing we tell you here can change much. Certainly not a long list of our qualifications and experience. The art of helping people achieve incredible and long lasting change comes from getting to understand what makes you happy. So here is a little task for you;

I want you to imagine what would be a perfect day for you would be. How much energy would you need to enjoy your perfect day? How would you LOVE to look on your perfect day? What one thing about the way you look would you change to ensure the day was even more perfect? And if you need some help with any of those things, then feel free to send me an email to dan@meefit.co.uk

and we can help you figure out if we are the right people to support you. Enjoy the rest of your day,

Coach Dan

“How do you notice your training helping in daily life?”

That’s what we asked our members.

Not about PBs.
Not about weight loss.

Just real life.

Most of the answers weren’t dramatic.
They were simple.

Feeling less stiff.
More steady on the stairs.
More confident carrying things.

That’s the win.

Strong enough for your life.

If that’s what you’re after, we’re here.

“And got charged a fortune to do it.”

That was the comment.

It was about Sally.

Before joining us, she’d tried the “traditional” gym.
Paid for all the extras, never used them.
Pilates. Dog walks. Still felt stuck.

Then she found MEE-FIT, and she chose proper support.

It’s not the cheapest.
But we’re not here to be cheap. We’re here to be effective.

Because paying less for something that doesn’t work?
That’s expensive.

Now she’s the strongest and most confident she’s ever been.

If you want it to actually make a difference, we’re here.

“I sleep well, have lots of energy, my skin is clear… I could go on and on.”

That’s Sheena now.

Before MEE-FIT?
A bit of tennis. Walking the dog. Feeling tired. Sleeping badly. Watching her weight creep up after turning 40.
And she’d never lifted a weight.

Since starting, she’s lost 2 stone.
Gone from not holding a plank to doing floor press-ups.
Built strength — and a completely different mindset.

No more all-or-nothing.
No giving up after one slice of cake.
Just consistency. Support. Progress.

If you’re thinking you’re “not a gym person”… Sheena thought that too.

You don’t have to be ready.
You just have to start.

Message us if you’d like to chat.

“I couldn’t do one squat when I started. Now my grandson climbs on my shoulders and we walk for hundreds of yards.”

Colin joined us at 69.
No gym experience.
Post-cancer treatment.
Not sure what to expect.

What he found?
Strength he didn’t know he had.
A place he actually enjoys coming to.
And changes that areshowing up in everyday life.

Quick-fire with the coaching team
This or that… no right answers, just what works for you.
Which ones are you choosing?

Ali didn’t think she’d be doing burpees at 60.

When she joined MEE-FIT, she hadn’t done much beyond walking the dogs. She’d tried gyms but nothing ever stuck.

Now? She’s dropped over 23 kilos, gone from a size 16 to a 12, and just celebrated her 60th birthday feeling stronger than ever.

Ali put it best:
“If you’re sitting on the fence… get off it. Get that splinter out your bottom, see the difference, change your life.”

This didn’t happen overnight. But with the right support, the right environment, and a little belief, it happened.

If you’re thinking “maybe one day”… why not today?
We’ll meet you exactly where you are.

A lot of people decide the gym isn’t for them before they ever start.
Age. Confidence. Past experiences. Health concerns.

Sandra had all of those doubts.
She still showed up.

What followed wasn’t pressure to keep up with everyone around her or extreme training session that pushed her too far.

It was support, structure, and small wins that added up.

Sometimes the biggest change isn’t what you lift.
It’s what you start to believe about yourself.

Whether you’ve been training for 10 weeks, 10 months or 10 years, you’re bound to experience changes.

Here’s what’s changed for our members, some big, some small, but all massively important…

Robyn wasn’t sure she could do it.

She’d lost confidence after an accident, and the idea of the gym felt out of reach.

But she gave it a go.

Now she’s back doing full sessions, feeling stronger, and actually enjoying training.

“MEE-FIT has helped me get my life back on track. I feel like myself again.”

If you’re on the fence, just know, you don’t have to wait to feel ready to get started.

The year’s only just begun, but there’s already been plenty to celebrate.

A new training block.
New goals set at the Summit.
Simple advice that actually sticks.
And a few brilliant member stories along the way.

If your year hasn’t quite started how you hoped, you’re not behind and you’re not alone either.

We’re here when you’re ready to make a change.

“You don’t lose strength first… you lose power.”

As we age, our ability to move quickly declines faster than our ability to move heavy things. That matters.

Power helps with:
✔️ Preventing falls
✔️ Reacting fast
✔️ Staying agile and independent

It’s not about crazy, flashy moves. Even small things, like hops or controlled landings, can train your muscles to fire faster.

And that can make a real difference in everyday life.

“I don’t think I would’ve survived without the gym.”

This is from one of our members who faced serious illness last year.

Each member in this reel came back stronger than they expected. And they all credit the same thing:
Being fit before it happened.

We don’t train for six-packs here.
We train for life.

👉 If you’re over 40 and want to feel stronger, steadier, and more resilient, we’d love to help.
