I am a certified and registered Holistic Health Practitioner. I am a Clinical Reflexologist, Aromatherapist, Massage Therapist, Crystal Therapist & Nutrition advisor. I support a wide range of clients with interest in Women's Health and Mental health...
Stress and Anxiety concerns. I am passionate about supporting people to look after themselves. To take time to focus on what they need to help them to be the best and healthiest version of themselves. Making some time and learning how to support their health and wellbeing in a natural way. Clients who take responsibility for their health and make small changes and are consistent, I have seen make great improvements in their physical and mental health. I am inspired everyday by the therapies I offer as I see first hand the positive difference they make to my clients . I am also extremely honoured to be able to treat children with Reflexology and Functional Reflex Therapy. Both work well in helping to support children who are experiencing high levels of anxiety and stress. It might be grey, wild and stormy outside today…

However yesterday I caught this moment of autumn light while blending oils — and I had to share it.

This little beaker of liquid gold is why I adore carrier oils so much.

Even on the darkest days, they bring warmth, nourishment, and a kind of quiet magic.

🌙 Lunar Glow Facial — Perfect Winter Hydration

I had a Lunar Glow Facial in this morning and it just reminded me why I adore this treatment so much.

It’s warm, grounding, and honestly feels like such a reset — especially with how dry everyone’s skin can become right now.

Before we even started, I blended a fresh facial oil just for her.

Working with carrier oils is something I really love — they’re the quiet heroes of good skincare and they make such a difference.

For mature skin, I created a really nourishing mix….
• argan
• pumpkin seed
• evening primrose
• pomegranate
* Frankincense Essential Oil

It went on beautifully and her skin absolutely drank it in.

From there, we went into the full facial….

✨ gentle exfoliation
✨ dry brushing to wake up the lymph

When Life is Full, but the Moon is Calling…🌙

I finally found a quiet moment to sit — just me, my candle, my cards, and my breath.

Nothing elaborate.
No long ritual.
Just presence.

Life is really full right now……work, responsibilities, movement, planning.

I know I’m not the only one feeling that.

And sometimes when life is like this, it can feel like we’re missing the moon, or the moment, or the magic.

However connection doesn’t always look grand or ceremonial.

Sometimes it’s simply pausing, breathing deeply, and remembering that we are already held.

The moon doesn’t need performance.

Our goddess doesn’t require perfection.

They just ask us to return, in whatever way is possible today.

If you haven’t had time for a full ritual, know this…..

Even one minute of honest presence counts.

Even one candle lit with intention counts.

Even one breath where you soften back into your body counts.

Happy Monday my beauties ✨

Feeling so energised and motivated after a weekend of Connection & Sound……. as we move towards the full moon — there’s such a strong, beautiful energy this week.

Today I’ve got a full day of treatments ahead:

🌿 Hot stone massage for a woman regaining her mobility and strength,

🌿 Reflexology to support cycles, immunity, and foot flexibility

🌿 A rebalancing massage for one of my clients who’s always on the go — to help calm her nervous system and bring her back to centre

I’m so looking forward to holding space for these women and supporting their bodies and energy today.

It was such a beautiful evening, sound, stillness, and reflection of the magical season that is Samhain…..

I’m so excited of the offerings I will be sharing with you……monthly online sound baths through the winter .

A gentle spaces to slow down, breathe, and come home to yourself.

Online sound baths are such a beautiful way to reconnect …..to sit in stillness, to ground, and to rest deeply — all from the comfort and safety of your own home.

Each month will explore a new theme……from Grounding & Release, Heart Connection, and Calming the Mind to Rest & Renewal, Embracing Change, and Balancing the Chakras.

Daughters of Fire 🔥

What a beautiful evening.

I’m so grateful for the women who joined me in circle, sharing stories and for the stillness that followed -

It’s in that quiet that the next chapter always begins.

Friday night the tent was filled with warmth, candlelight, and the soft sounds of the bowls.

We took time to honour the women who came before us ……the ones whose strength and stories still run quietly through us.

The sound carried with the wind and the rustle of the trees outside.

There was a real sense of release ….of endings, however also of something new beginning to take shape.

I’ve found myself reflecting deeply since the circle — on how much I’ve changed, and how this path continues to reshape me.

Samhain has reminded me to trust that shift, even when it feels uncertain and uncomfortable

The darker months aren’t empty, they are a space for rest, for rooting, and for coming home to ourselves again.

May your inner fire burn gently and guide you through the season ahead. 🔥

🌕 I Needed Hypnotherapy to Help My Fear of Holding Circle

This time last year, I was a bundle of nerves.
I knew my calling was to hold space for women……to bring sound, stillness, and sisterhood together.

The fear of standing in front of people and speaking absolutely paralysed me.

I needed hypnotherapy just to help me do my first Samhain sound bath.

That’s how much it terrified me.

It wasn’t the sound itself that scared me — it was being seen.

It was trusting that I had something worth sharing, that I could lead a circle with authenticity and strength.

However I also knew that this was my path.

That working with women in circle was part of who I am, and that if I didn’t face this fear, I’d always feel like something sacred was missing.

A year later, everything has changed.

My spiritual awakening this year has been huge ……grounding me in my truth, my voice, and my craft.

I know who I am now. I know what I’m here to do.

Now, I love holding circle.

I can’t wait for my Samhain sound bath …….to share that sacred space, to feel the collective energy of women gathering, and to witness how sound and stillness move through each of us.

To everyone who’s sat with me in these spaces ……you’ve helped me grow in ways I can’t even describe.

Your presence, trust, and energy have healed parts of me I didn’t even realise were still afraid. 🙏

This work has my whole heart and I am so excited about sharing it with you all ….

Online Samhain Sound Bath – Sunday 2nd November

As October fades and we step into the darker half of the year, the energy around us begins to change.

The air feels a little quieter, the nights draw closer, and something ancient stirs beneath the surface. 🍂

This is Samhain — the ancient festival that marks the turning of the wheel.

A time to honour our ancestors, to pause, and to gently let go of what’s ready to rest.

Next Sunday, I’ll be guiding an online sound bath – Through the Veil, open to everyone.

It’s a chance to stop for a while, breathe, and be held in sound — from the comfort of your own home.

Once your space is confirmed, you’ll receive a digital guide to help you prepare — with simple ways to create your own sacred space, anoint your candle, and work with essential oils to support you through the season ahead.

You’ll just need a quiet space, your headphones, and an open heart.

The sounds — bowls, chimes, drum, and stillness — will carry you through a journey of reflection and renewal as we cross the threshold together.

Thailand was everything I didn’t know I needed.
