This week I have started work at Hanmer Surgery, working alongside Dr Redman, treating his musculoskeletal patients as a fully qualified and insured Sports Rehabilitator.

This plan has taken 2 years to come into fruition, being delayed by the pandemic, but we have finally started, helping his patients avoid the lengthy NHS physiotherapy waiting lists.

If you are a paitent of Dr Redman and have issues such as arthritic knees, sciatica, or muscle injuries, for example. Or even if your still waiting on an NHS physiotherapy appointment, please get in contact with the surgery, and we can help improve your pain levels through treatment.

This is in addition to my other services so your still able to see me privately, don’t worry, I’m not going anywhere!

Due to the amazing provision by Bumblebees in Bronington, I can continue to work over the school holidays whilst I know my children are happy and cared for.
I look forward to treating you over the coming summer holidays.

The more patients I talk to, the more i am hearing how 'fed up' people are becoming.
Even though we are gradually seeing restrictions ease, there still seems such a long way to go. Watching the news fills us with sad, unhappy news, and leaves many of us feeling disheartened.

So i though what better way to make someone feel better by offering some lucky person a free treatment! At the moment I can only treat where there is a medical need, but hopefully from the 12th April, I can treat anyone who 'just needs some me time' or 'wants to get rid of some shoulder tension' etc....
So get your thinking caps on and please nominate someone in the village who you think deserves a treat, we don't need to know why, but be generous with your thinking. It could be Andre from the shop, the postman? One of the teachers? Anyone who you think deserves it.
I'll announce the winner on the 12th April and hopefully we can all start to see a brighter future.

I’m still here for you all during these difficult times

As a healthcare professional, I am able to treat, and help you, if you have an injury, or a chronic musculoskeletal issue where treatment is indicated to help.
If your unable to work or carry out your normal daily activities I maybe able to help you.

All appointments are carried our under strict COVID guidelines after an initial telephone conversation to ensure treatment is necessary.

I’ve just been given the go ahead as a Graduate Sports Rehabilitator, as well as being level 4/5+ by the SMA, to continue to work when there is a clinical need, throughout the lockdown in Wales.

This means I can treat you, after a virtual consultation, if their is an injury, or you have a condition that requires treatment, and your quality of life is compromised without treatment.

I am also taking referrals through Dr Redman at Hanmer Surgery, where we have a good and established relationship.

All appointments are carried out under COVID guidelines and masks must be worn throughout your treatment. Please ring in the first instance and we can make a treatment plan based on our conversation.

Recently, I’ve had huge success through using acupuncture on osteoarthritic knees, and on lower back pain, in both chronic and acute states.
A vast amount of research has been undertaken into the effectiveness of acupuncture in these areas, which shows positive results.
Within a few sessions all my paitents have seen a vast improvement.
Acupuncture isn’t for everyone, but it’s worth giving it a try in you can.
