Reflecting with a cuppa today on running my 2nd supervision session on Monday and how much I enjoy mentoring qualified therapists. The diploma course is just a seed, that needs nourishing and watering to grow - supporting people in that ongoing journey is so rewarding, it’s where the real magic lies ✨I’ve seen that my focus for next year will be on developing my CPD offering and reaching more qualified therapists to support them on the journey of growing their massage business ✨♥️🤲

Join my beautiful friend Lisa Lochhead - Artistry and Soul next Tuesday, 2nd December for Craft and Chat at St John's Methodist church just up the road from the treatment room in Whitchurch town centre. It's a chance to get together, chat over a cuppa and be creative, as part of a programme of events by the Mangled Yarn Theatre to help combat loneliness and isolation over the winter months.

All details are below, its free but book with the Mangled Yarn Theatre, email address is on the flyer. It's open to all ages, everyone is welcome!

Super stoked to be working with Mangled Yarn Theatre delivering FREE hour long craft & chat workshops next week. This is an arts funded project to combat loneliness and isolation through creativity, well being and of course -Theatre!
Come and join me on Tuesday 2nd December at St John’s Methodist Church from:

11am to 12pm or
12pm to 1pm

If you want to stay on from the first session and do both you are more than welcome!

During the sessions you can let your creative juices flow by creating:

❤️ Painted wood slices for hanging.
❤️ Rag Wreaths
❤️A Rag Christmas Tree as a communial effort!

All these items will be used to decorate the set of Mangled Yarns FREE performance of Christmas Carol! They will also then travel to a theatre in Copenhagen where they will be part of the stage setting for their performance there too!
How cool is that!

Please let people know. These sessions are for all ages, all abilities - it’s about community and connection, being creative and sharing a good cup tea and a chat together.
Bring your mum, dad, sister, brother, auntie, uncle, friends! Everyone welcome.

Next Intro course coming up on 7th February, chuffed to be returning to Jenna Blair Yoga in Shrewsbury.

It’s a chance to learn basic skills in a friendly, relaxed, informal setting.

Whether this is the first step into professional practice or personal interest you are welcome!

We’ll look at techniques, the holistic approach, simple anatomy, posture so you don’t strain yourself, common aches and self-care you can use at home.

Another great day today - ran my first supervision mentoring session and I loved it! Felt so energised afterwards, love sharing more about holistic massage and getting into the nitty gritty of working as a massage therapist. Thanks to .holistictherapies, and for being my first supervisees! Look forward to next month 🙌🙌🙌
