Ready to go.

Welcoming clients into my new practice room tomorrow.

Big thanks to for designing and making the coat hooks, and for the design and help with the layout. There will be a new sign for the door soon also from his workshop.

Big thanks also to my husband John for the practical help with carpet laying and cleaning, what to do with cables and all sorts of other bits and bobs.

And to all those who have encouraged and supported me along the way, to many to mention and some would not want their names on here.

I have my own space!!

Picked up the keys last week.

Excited for the possibilities for my practice

Excited for comfortable chairs and decent lighting - no more strip lights that make therapy feel like interrogation

Excited to see what this space can offer that I havent even thought of yet.

I'll need to retire my oversized camping chairs!!

Join us for an immersive and clinically rich Group Therapy Intensive - a two-day experience allowing you to immerse yourself in self-exploration and make powerful therapeutic change.

Led by expert trainer Susie Hewitt (TSTA-P; MSc Psychotherapy; UKCP Reg. MBACP Snr Accred.). Susie has been running psychotherapy groups weekly for over 14 years and has extensive training and experience in this form of psychotherapy.

Utilising a range of Groupwork techniques (incl. here-and-now relational process work, redecision therapy, family constellations, dreamwork, script analysis, Child Ego State/regression work and supporting you to build trust and open communication in a safe environment) Susie will meet your contract / stated desire for change in a customised way.

Places are limited by design to ensure depth and containment. Early booking is strongly recommended.

As practitioners, educators, and human beings, we are called to continually ask: Who is not in the room, and why?

At Psychotherapy Institute, we are committed to fostering environments - in training, in therapy, and in discourse - where all individuals feel they have rightful access to care, learning, and belonging.
