Iโ€™m a tree pollen hayfever sufferer ๐ŸŒณ and I live by lovely woodland- most of the year - it is great ๐Ÿ˜Š This time of year - I want to move - it makes me feel so miserable. Anti-histamines come with side effects that donโ€™t work for me. So I persevere ๐Ÿ˜ฃ trying my best to deal with it naturally- any advice for natural remedies? ๐Ÿค”

Each path we take provides a different set of opportunities and we always have the choice to redirect or change our way. The Midnight Library by Matt Haig is a great book for illustrating this. ๐Ÿ“š

Just a gentle reminder: healing is not linear, there will be days when you feel you are going backwards, crying is a normal human response and often can be from tiredness, hormones and a need to relieve tension or a combination of all of them. It may be that a situation or circumstance has triggered a trauma wound and is an indication some more work needs to be done. So, deep breath, lean into that emotion and ask yourself, โ€œwhat do I need in this moment?โ€ It might be a cup of tea in peace, a laugh with your friends, a walk in nature, a nap ๐Ÿ˜ด but what you absolutely do not need, is more criticism from your internal voice. Be kind to yourself, speak nicely to yourself and soothe yourself. Your inner child needs you. ๐Ÿ’•โ˜˜๏ธ
