Congratulations to one of my clients on the birth of her beautiful baby girl, it so lovely to support my clients through their pregnancy’s.

Then we had the teeny tiny feet of the most gorgeous 6 week old little girly make a visit to the treatment room with her mummy. She slept soundly whilst her mummy had her treatment. The last time she came to visit she was all snuggly inside her mummy. And I was lucky enough to get a little cuddle.

And breath

You have escaped the hustle and bustle of getting ready for Christmas.

You have given yourself an hour in which to just focus on you.

The warm heated couch

Your body starts to relax, your shoulders no longer meet your ears

Your mind switches off creating feelings of peace and calm

A silent treatment or a chatty treatment the choice is down to you

Aromatherapy oils gentle diffusing in the corner of the room.

The reflexology treatment rebalances and recharges your mind and body.

You walk out feeling lighter, less tense, recharged and ready to begin again.

All sounds very dreamy to me, just allow yourself an hour 😉

This book is a bit of a game changer !

I tend to dip in and out of it as I need to and through conversations in my treatment room I know many of my clients have and are doing the same.

If you want to stop giving your power away and learn to really focus on your dreams, goals and happiness this book is a must for your Christmas list.

My Monday morning mantra this week is let them be them and I will be me.

Don’t allow yourself to be too busy to book your pre & post Christmas treatments…

In November & December when your diary is busy, late nights, Christmas food and drink treats, spending time with those you love and those you feel you should.

Your mind and body will be so very grateful for a visit to the treatment room.

Allow the tension to melt away, support yourself to have a good nights sleep. Give your mood and wellbeing the boost it needs so you can enjoy the Christmas you want to have.

Then give yourself that January reset to bring everything back into balance.

Give yourself the best start and end to the festive season🎄🎄

It has been the most loveliest of weeks here in the Reflexology Barn.

It has been wonderful to see familiar faces returning for treatments after there summer holidays, welcoming new clients who have not experienced a reflexology treatment before.

There has been time spent blending and I now have a gorgeous facial cleansing oil, fave cream and body cream to use.

Thank you to everybody who has visited for treatments this week or has booked in for the next couple of weeks.

Hello September 🍁

Welcome to a new month and it certainly feels good to turn the page over on the calendar. September for me is a month of new beginnings, it always feels like a fresh start after August which this year was more emotional than usual.

In September you will continue to see the small tweaks and changes happening in my treatment room from new linen, a new trolley, and slow turning the couch into a cosy, snuggly nest for you to rest and relax in as the temperatures start to cool.

I finally have the time to start creating aromatherapy blends again, I am going to start with a few bits for myself just to have a little practice. A cleansing oil, a face cream and a body cream are much needed right now.

Welcome to August 🌻🌻

It’s the begining of a new month, which to me always feels like a new chapter…

A few weeks ago I had a little rearrange in my treatment room and the new layout has been working so much better so it is here to stay. A space has been created which allows those feelings to be released, happy, sad, frustrated, angry, joyful to name just a few.

Sometimes it just feels right to almost create a new beginning.

Slowly but surely the grey will be replaced with a soft and gentle green. Duvets will be added to the couch to make a comfy nest for you to relax into for your treatment. An aromatherapy product of the month will start to become available for you to take home and use.

A new chapter is beginning …. And I am loving it 💕💕

The Reflexology Barn opens it doors again tomorrow after a fab girls trip away. We literally laughed until we cried, danced, eat and drank 🥂it certainly was good for the soul.

I have replied to my messages this afternoon and updated my diary.

Due to some emotionally tough family times coming up in August I have decided to limit my treatment times. By doing this it means I can look after myself to be able to give you the best treatments you deserve.

The diary will return to normal in September when it will be the 10 year anniversary of starting my reflexology training. Wow where has that time gone, this makes me feel proud, happy and emotional all at the same time.

It’s the end of a beautiful week here at the Reflexology Barn.

It has been so lovely to be able to support my clients with menopause support, facial reflexology, fertility reflexology, wellbeing, bespoke aromatherapy blends and popping together a gift voucher box for a new mummy.

Thank you so much for keeping me busy and supporting my little business. I am now taking bookings from the 4th August onwards.

Remember self care isn’t selfish it’s essential and listen to your body’s whispers rather than waiting for the screams.
