Final two spaces left for Baby Massage starting next week 🤍

If you’ve been thinking about coming but weren’t sure whether to book, this is your little nudge. There are just two spots remaining for our next block starting next week and I’d love to have you join us.

These sessions are as much for you as they are for baby. Think calm mornings, warm cuppas, soft lighting and a room full of parents all in the same season.

What’s included:
– A 4-week baby massage course in a cosy, relaxed space
– Gentle step-by-step guidance so you can confidently massage your baby at home
– Techniques to help with wind, digestion, sleep and general relaxation
– A beautiful massage oil to use during the course and keep
– Time to chat, ask questions and connect with other parents
– WhatsApp group for support between sessions
– A calm, welcoming environment where feeding, cuddling and crying babies are all completely normal

What actually happens each week?
You’ll arrive, pop baby down on the soft mats (or keep them snuggled if they’re sleeping), grab a drink and we’ll start gently. Each week we build on the massage routine, keeping everything slow and easy so you never feel overwhelmed. There’s plenty of time for breaks, feeds and chats. No pressure for baby to ‘behave’ - you just come as you are.

It’s a lovely way to:
– feel more confident handling and soothing your baby
– meet other local M**s
– have something calm and supportive in your week
– get out of the house without it feeling stressful

The vibe is very much: milk down your top, hair in a bun, you’re welcome here.

Starts next Monday at House Seven, Tynemouth

Any questions at all, just message me. I know it can feel a bit nerve-wracking coming to something new - I promise you’ll be looked after when you walk through the door 🥰

One free space on baby massage starting next week 🤍

I’ve been so lucky to have the kindest, most supportive m**s walk through the door since these classes began.
Honestly, the way you all look out for each other - grabbing a muslin, holding a baby for a minute, offering a reassuring smile on a hard day, never goes unnoticed.

So, in the spirit of Random Acts of Kindness Day, I’m gifting one FREE space on my baby massage course starting Monday 23rd at 10am.

If you’d love the spot for yourself, or you know a mam who could really do with a gentle hour out of the house, just pop a comment on the original post on Instagram (link below). You can tag someone or simply comment to enter.

I’ll choose someone at random later this week and message the winner privately 🤍

New Mam’s - this one’s for you 🤍

If you’ve recently had a baby (or are counting down the days until they arrive) and you’re craving some calm, connection and a cup of tea that’s actually hot… I’ve got something for you.

✨ February’s Baby Massage classes are starting soon in Tynemouth ✨

For babies 6 weeks to actively crawling, these sessions are designed to help with wind, sleep, teething and tummy troubles - but they’re also about you.

Each class includes:
→ Simple massage routines you can actually use at home
→ Therapist-led check-ins + calming breathwork (because your nervous system matters too)
→ A cosy, no-pressure space where being late, flustered and covered in mystery stains is completely fine
→ A hot drink, a biscuit and a deep breath out

I created this class because I know how hard those early months can feel and I wanted to build something that supports the whole experience of motherhood, not just the nappies-and-naps bit.

🗓 Starts Monday 23rd February from 10:00-11:00am
📍 House Seven, Tynemouth
💷 £47 for the 4-week course
🍼 For babies 6 weeks to actively crawling

Booking is now live and spots are intentionally small, so we can keep things calm and connected.

And if you’ve got any questions at all I’m always happy to chat!

Raise your hand if baby massage sent you to sleep 😴

It’s not just a cute class. There are loads of brilliant benefits for babies, like:

💭 Helping their bodies relax which can support better sleep
💫 Easing trapped wind or bunged-up tummies
🦷 Comforting sore gums during teething
🌱 Soothing growing pains so their body feels freer to work towards milestones like rolling and crawling
💨 Helping to ease congestion when they’re a bit sniffly
🛡️ Supporting their developing immune system
🧠 Strengthening neck and back muscles during tummy-time style massage
🤝 Boosting connection and confidence for you both

Most of our little ones are ready for a snooze afterwards and I often get messages from M**s like, ‘wow they just had the best nap ever.’

Perfect if you fancy a quiet cuppa after class.

If you’re looking for a baby class that doesn’t just look good (although I will say our classes are pretty cute 🥰) but also genuinely helps little ones, our next term starts Monday 23rd January.

Early labour can feel like a mad dash to get to your place of birth, but labour flows so much more smoothly in a familiar place (like home).

So holding back on shooting off and calling the midwife can make allll the difference in how labour unfolds next.

And if you want birth prep to feel easy and actually show you how to work towards the birth you’ve always dreamed of, comment READY below and I’ll show you how 🤍

21/01/2026

Let me guess you’ve heard:

‘Stress isn’t good for the baby’
‘Just relax and labour will happen’
‘Sleep now while you can’

Easy as that, eh?
But your brain is in full planning mode:

- Did I feel the baby move today?
- Do we need the travel system with 7 attachments?
- What if labour is awful and I can’t cope?
- Did I book that midwife appointment or just think about booking it?

The mental load in pregnancy is no joke and paired with hormonal changes and it can be pretty intense.

And when people say ‘just relax,’ it’s like… HOW.

Relaxation is a skill. And most of us were never taught how to actually do it.

If your brain won’t stop spiralling and the to do list keeps growing, grab my FREE pregnancy relaxation audio. It’ll help you switch off, breathe and feel more able to handle whatever’s on your plate.

Comment RELAX and I’ll whizz it your way 🤍

Our next baby massage classes start on Monday 23rd February at House Seven, Tynemouth (overlooking Northumberland Park) 🤍

These sessions are all about slowing down, learning simple massage routines to help with digestion, wind, sleep and relaxation and having a genuinely lovely hour with your baby instead of rushing through the day.

Here’s what’s included:
✨Guided baby massage routines each week that help soothe common baby discomforts

✨ A welcome kit with your baby massage oil, a guide to use at home, a treat for you and gift for baby

✨ Fluffy mats, pillows + a cosy room with twinkly lights

✨ Time to chat, ask questions and just be with other parents who get it

✨ A warm cuppa while babies chill

✨ WhatsApp group for after-class connection + support

Most parents arrive a bit frazzled, a bit unsure and wondering if their baby will cry the whole time (totally normal).

They usually leave more grounded, more confident, with a sleepy baby and a little community starting to form.

So if you want something calm and nurturing to look forward to each week, with zero pressure and lots of oxytocin, you’ll love it here.

If you’d have told me my second birth would take 3.5 hours, with nothing but breathwork and a birth comb, I’d have eye rolled so hard.

But honestly, that little comb changed the entire way I handled contractions.

Here’s how to use it in early labour:
- Hold the comb along the crease of your thumb across your palm and wrap your fingers around the comb

- When a contraction start, squeeze the comb and take slow, controlled breaths in and out

- As the contraction eases, gently release

Do this for every contraction.

The birth comb works by pressing into a pressure point that sends strong signals to the brain, which can ‘mix up’ where the discomfort is coming from.

By the time the contraction has passed, the brain is still catching up.

Plus, it gives you something solid to squeeze and focus on, which can feel surprisingly grounding.

If you want to build a toolkit of ways to cope with contractions (beyond gas & air), comment READY and I’ll send you the link to The Confident Birth Club 🤍

As you get closer to labour you might hear something like:

– ‘You’re overdue, it’s safer to induce now’
– ‘We don’t let people go over insert weeks’
– ‘Your baby is measuring big’

And to be honest, they all sound like legitimate reasons, right? Why would we take annnnny risk that might cause harm to our baby.

But just because something sounds urgent, doesn’t mean it is.

A lot of these phrases are based on routine hospital policy, not on your individual situation.

🚩 Going past 40 weeks doesn’t automatically mean your baby is unsafe.
🚩 “Big babies” can’t be accurately predicted by scans and can still be born safely.
🚩 “We don’t let people go over…” do we get an explanation with that orrrr?

That doesn’t mean induction is never the right call.
It absolutely can be the safest, most empowering decision for some Mums.

But the key is: informed choice.
Not pressure. Not fear. Not being made to feel like a ticking time bomb.

So if one of these phrases is thrown your way, you NEED to ask:

– Is this based on actual risk to me or baby, or are you just following policy?
– What happens if I wait another few days?
– Are there signs of distress right now? Or are we just “playing it safe”?
– If I decide to wait, what are the risks/benefits and can you provide some data around this?

Because sometimes when they say ‘the risk doubles’ what they really mean is it goes from 0.5% to 1% so context really matters here.

If you want to feel in control of your birth, without second guessing every decision comment READY to join The Confident Birth Club 🤍

This one’s for the Mums-to-Be 🤰🏼

Two spaces have just opened up for my next group hypnobirthing course at House Seven in Tynemouth, starting Monday 3rd February.

Across four Monday evenings (18:30 - 20:30) you’ll learn what actually matters for birth, build real confidence, ask your questions and get to meet other local parents.

💫Here’s what we do over the four weeks:
Session 1: What your body’s doing in labour and why mindset is a game changer. We talk fear, how to loosen the grip it has, and start building that calmer, more confident foundation.

Session 2: The practical stuff - breathing, movement, mindset tools and how to stay grounded when things get intense. You’ll figure out what genuinely works for you.

Session 3: Understanding interventions, your options and how to make decisions that feel right for you. You’ll learn how to ask questions, advocate for yourself and feel confident navigating appointments.

Session 4: What happens in each stage of labour, what to expect and how to cope. We’ll chat flexible birth plans, get your partner prepped to actually support you and cover the early hours after birth.

You’ll also get:
✔️ A hypnobirthing kit to take home
✔️ Access to my client hub with extra resources and tracks
✔️ A personal 37-week check-in and ongoing support from me
✔️ Priority access and discounts on my baby massage and yoga classes

If you want a birth that feels calmer, informed and more in your control, then this is for you.

You can’t control every twist and turn of birth, but you can be prepared to handle them without second guessing your choices.

Which is exactly why I created The Confident Birth Club.

An online hypnobirthing + antenatal course that blends practical antenatal education with mindset tools. So you’re not just physically prepared for labour, but emotionally too.

It’s for the ones who want more than a hospital tour and a packing list.

It’s for the ones who’ve said, ‘I didn’t even know I could say no.’

It’s for you, if you want birth prep that actually helps you cope and not just hope.

Comment READY and I’ll send you the details.
