Snugs first employee 🥹❤️
Thank you to this wonderful lady for getting stuck in to the highs and lows of sauna whilst I (Rosie) buggered off to travel around Peru! It’s scary handing over responsibility, but Kara made it incredibly easy. If you had the pleasure of being welcomed by her at the sauna im sure you can understand why!
On top of all her great traits she also makes gorgeous jewellery - have a snoop!

🔥🎉🧡 LINDISFARNE 🧡🎉🔥 snug is bringing the heat for a pocket of peace and cleansing in between festival fun ! We’ll be nestled at the back in the healing area ❤️ & we can’t wait! Last year was snugs first public outing so basically it’s our anniversary 🤷🏼‍♀️.
Sessions are live on the website/booking system now (pre booking is advised if you don’t want to be turned away)

Something extra special to look forward to this weekend! North East based .uk are bringing their delicious cacao for us to sample post sauna sessions ALL DAY SATURDAY!!! And for you lot coming to mine and sold out sauna & sound bath event on Friday night - they’ll be there too!
Could there be a better combo!? I’ll be dreaming out it all week ❤️
