Hi, I'm Scarlett, Clinical Reflexologist MAR based in Whitley Bay. I currently have a clinic at Jesm

I am a full member of the Association of Reflexologists and trained to the highest level in the UK holding a Centralia Level 5 Diploma in Practitioner Reflexology. I am qualified to provide general reflexology as well as reflexology for specific conditions such as Stress/Anxiety, Pregnancy, Women's Health, Migraine, Auto-immune Disorders and Digestive problems.

Happy 5th Birthday Love Your Sole Reflexology 🎂

I’m a little late posting this but I still think my 5th clinical reflexology birthday needs acknowledging.

Some of my top highlights:

✨ training to be a reproductive reflexologist - I have now helped 100’s of women that are trying to conceive and it gives me so much joy to be that sounding board for my clients aswell as creating a space of relaxation and restoration.

✨ “did I snore?” you wouldn’t believe how many times I hear that question. In truth, I love to hear my clients snoring - it means I’ve done my job and you’re giving your nervous system a rest.

✨ Helping people through their darkest times. Whether that’s a cancer diagnosis, palliative care, depression, chronic illnesses. It has been my absolute honour to help my clients through the toughest times of their lives and although it has been equally emotional I will hold those memories of some truly wonderful individuals very close to my heart.

✨ Meeting all walks of life - it’s forever humbling to meet clients and hear their stories about their life, their family, where they’ve visited and of course what they’re having for tea (a regular question of mine)

✨ Getting the “he/she has arrived” 👶🏻 text. There is no better feeling than working with a client through ttc, pregnancy and then seeing their little one grow and flourish post partum.

✨Finally, being able to run my business around my lovely family. I will be forever grateful for all my clients, past and present for supporting Love Your Sole over the years. It has meant I’ve been able to go to all the sports days, Christmas plays and school assemblies for both my boys completely guilt free which I believe is truly priceless.

It’s been an unforgettable 5 years - I feel like I could write a book with some of the stories I’ve heard over the years! 😂

Here’s to the next 5 years. Hopefully I’ll have got better at TikTok by then 😬

Yup that’s me living the life at BeanBagBazaar yesterday treating lots of their lovely employees to a taster reflexology treatment. What an amazing place, and so many bean bags every where 😍

It’s worth noting the reflexology treatments were completely free to them using their healthcare plan. I just provided a receipt at the end of the treatment for them to claim back. ✨

A beautifully, calm and peaceful pregnancy session whilst listening to a hypnobirthing track - preparing my wonderful client for birth.

I began to see this fertility client after a number of years trying to conceive. Fast forward a year and they had decided to start IVF. We continued with our weekly reflexology treatments and check ins in the mean time. One month before her IVF started, she fell pregnant! 🤰🏻

I have said it before and I will say it again. I am so honoured to help all of my fertility and pregnancy clients. Trying to conceive is a daunting process and can often be incredibly isolating. I promise to be a sounding board to all my clients who need to cry, laugh, moan or just have some peace away from the noise of the outside world.

A common theme in my client appointments this week has been feeling overwhelmed. So much to do, too little time.

When we hit stumbling blocks in life whether it’s struggling to conceive, pre or postnatal depression, suffering with anxiety, receiving a scary health diagnosis. We so very often go in on ourselves because it feels easier to not talk about it.

But I promise you’re not alone, in fact there are millions of others that are going through the same as you. The more we can talk about our feelings, the less overwhelming and scary they feel.

Any of my clients will tell you I’m always here to have a good cry and a hug (if you want one - I’m a hugger).

But I wanted to put this post out today just so you all remember you are the one thing in the world, above all other things, that you must not give up on.

✨✨EVENING SLOTS FULLY BOOKED UNTIL 2024✨✨

Sat in the car wanting to pinch myself as I’ve realised that all my evenings are booked up until next year. I do still have some day time slots and a waiting list in place - so please just let me know if you want to be added to the cancellation list.

The second photo is me in winter 2020 - Chester was 7/8 months old. I had just launched Love Your Sole and a new lockdown had been announced and I’m not ashamed to admit I was worried. If only 2020 Scarlett could see how my little mobile reflexology business would grow each month.
