🎢🌈🤗🥲It's been a hell of a rollercoaster...especially the COVID years and 2 recessions! ... highs, lows and alot of laughter, good memories and fun times along the way🥲🤗🌈🎢
❤️Massive shout out to our amazing therapists and staff over the years - we've had some truly amazing therapists and I am so thankful to each and everyone for bringing so much life and fun to make our jobs and lives so enjoyable during their time at Yumi (and of course the amazing treatments and banter with the clients!)
🤗🥰Thank you so much to all of my clients old and new that have supported me over the years through all the adaptations made along the way, you make my job worthwhile - I couldn't imagine doing anything else....🥰🤗

Clients often ask me how can I do my job massaging people for hours every day, how am I not exhausted and achy?
Here's a little snapshot of what I do to keep myself in tiptop condition for your trearments...
I book MYSELF regular massages, they are often painful and uncomfortable due to carrying so much tension from my job but as my clients know, no pain no gain! (Absolute necessity!) 💫💆
I take a boatload of supplements every day and try to cook healthy meals from scratch everyday to fuel my body (with treats added alongside too!) 🥦🥕🥗
I mix up my exercise with strength training, cardio and stretch and of course my little sidekick takes me out and about for lots of fresh air and walks 🧘🏋️🐕

(My favourite season!) 🍂🍁

It sounds mad to be talking about Christmas but I only have a few slots left for the week before Christmas (and between now and then is filling up quick too!)

I have a couple of adventures planned over the next couple of months so this is making my diary super busy - please book ahead to avoid disappointment!

Not participating in the run this year but very much looking forward to supporting everyone and soaking up the gnr energ...
