Hello, Im Shakti Tracy - A Breathwork and Shamanic practitioner, focussed on healing the relationship between the masculine & feminine polarities to create inner union and transformation to your relationship with yourself, others and the planet. In my sessions, I support people to access altered states of consciousness through shamanic and breathwork practices to help them to transform past patterns, release unexpressed emotions, and call back lost powers. Ultimately I want to help people to rediscover their connection to their own heart’s truth - to embody their Diamond Self – their own divinity. I work with the Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine as supporting energies- however you do not need to have the same beliefs as me to attend these sessions - you can consider these as Energies, Gods, Archetypes or parts of yourself - whatever works best for you. I offer a range of group workshops and am available for 1to1 healing and breathwork sessions too. I offer a 12-month Breathwork Facilitator Training or a 6-month accelerated program - these trainings are accredited by Breathing Space and approved by the Global Professional Breathwork Alliance.

It's been less of a priority as I've been working hard on book proposal again and lots of other work and life things.

But I know too when it is tidy, it does create a space that hold me.

When I was in my teens, I went to see a tarot card reader who told me that I would never become rich by winning the lottery or similar and would always have to work for my money.

It was something I'd forgotten about consciously, but in today's Reclaim Your Money Power, as I drummed, I was showed how this statement had embedded into my psyche and became a belief which stopped money coming to me without working for it.

In Shamanism we call ideas like this an intrusion and its one of the things you can removed during a shamanic extraction (I asked my guide to do this for me during the session).

The most important thing is just having it being brought to light though. When it is in our conscious mind it's not part of our automatic programming anymore so we get to make changes. It can be really good to explore this for yourself - either in a drum journey or through journalling.

Ask -

- What does my dream life look like?
- What one limiting belief is holding me back?
- Where did it come from?
- What is needed to integrate/heal this aspect?

Today we have the amazing Tania Wilson join our current Breathing Space- Breathwork Facilitator Training to teach about Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Breathwork.

Tania is Level 3 IFS-trained and a qualified breathwork facilitator - and she shared such a powerful session on how these two modalities can work together to support trauma healing and deeper self-understanding.

We explored how to listen to our polarised parts without ignoring any aspect of ourselves or staying frozen in life situations... and how becoming more conscious of all our parts and their needs allows us to show up more fully — with our truth, our gifts, and our presence.

Conscious Connected Breathwork is a practice that can support you to develop greater communication between all parts of your self - including those that may have been lost, silenced, or ignored in the past.

It’s time to welcome back all of who you are.

So this week I started my 6 month Shamanic Kink Practioner Certification training with Francesca Gentille and Shadi Terra .

I had wanted to do this training after having such a powerful experience in Sicily last year, however I couldn't afford as it cost £5k and I was already at my capacity for working.

Then unexpectedly, a couple of weeks ago, a friend who had paid in full, decided it was no longer right to do so they gifted me their space!!!!

What!?!! I couldn't believe it and I made sure they knew was okay for them to change their mind!

It raised so many emotions in me to receive something so big - excitement, guilt, joy, overwhelm!! wtf!?!

but there was something that felt really right to recieve in this way too. It was just absolutely mind-blowing to me.

To receive this as a gift from a soul sister, felt like the healing of wounds and reconnecting to the magic of our past life priestess lineages together.

To receive from the universe without working, felt recognition for how hard I had worked and given freely too.

It also felt that there couldn't be a clearer sign that this is where and what I needed to learn next for my path and sharing with others.

Although I've always worked with people with sexual trauma and been on my own healing path with this - but ive never had any sexology focussed training (and I love how much knowledge my teachers both have here!!)

I also love how in kink that sexuality, relationships, intimacy, power and gender are all deconstructed so it can really give people space to connect to their own truth -

What are these to me when I take away what I've been told by society, family etc???

Anyway just very grateful for this all and can't see where it all takes me!!

I feel like I've had a bit of an overwhelm week with so much work things to think about, so it's been lovely past couple of days to mainly just to take sometime to see friends and family.

Reclaim Your Money Power isn’t a demand money from the universe type of training.

I’m really buzzing and proud of myself today, as I did my first-ever podcast, solely talking about the themes from my book, Money Intimacy, with Lisa Grezo . It was also my first experience of recording a podcast in an actual studio!!

Anyway, I felt like I absolutely rocked it!!!!! Yay!!!! (Although I forgot one of the money love languages for a while!).

I was actually really surprised by how much and clearly I could speak about how transformational it can be to turn to look at your relationship with money and to reframe "Money as a Lover" . I felt I spoke with so much depth and conviction too.

I don’t always feel like this after speaking, and often wonder if what I said even made sense!!

But this time felt different. And thats why Im buzzing :D

I think a lot of that is because I’ve had my head 100% buried in my book proposal again this week. Really trying to communicate my idea and concept more clearly, and after today, I can feel how much that’s shifted, and something is working.

It was amazing to feel the difference in how I can talk about it now.

Big love to Heywood S Similon-Taylor of for the recording too.

He has seen me properly nervous in the past while filming my little professional vids, so it feels really lovely to continue evolving in how I show up on video, with your support!

Shakti Tracy lives in Whitley Bay, on the North East coast, UK with her 2 children.

She has been on a personal healing journey for the past 25 years, doing healing around her childhood trauma, multiple miscarriages, and heartbreak. Her healing journey has supported her to recover from severe anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem.

She now lives a life of joy and purpose, and her journey has given her confidence to step up and share her own unique light in the world.

Shakti Tracy is passionate to help others to make their own transformative breakthroughs, using the methods which helped her most on her own journey - Conscious Breathwork, Shamanism, and Diamond Energy.
