Hello, Im Shakti Tracy - A Breathwork and Shamanic practitioner, focussed on healing the relationship between the masculine & feminine polarities to create inner union and transformation to your relationship with yourself, others and the planet. In my sessions, I support people to access altered states of consciousness through shamanic and breathwork practices to help them to transform past patterns, release unexpressed emotions, and call back lost powers. Ultimately I want to help people to rediscover their connection to their own heart’s truth - to embody their Diamond Self – their own divinity. I work with the Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine as supporting energies- however you do not need to have the same beliefs as me to attend these sessions - you can consider these as Energies, Gods, Archetypes or parts of yourself - whatever works best for you. I offer a range of group workshops and am available for 1to1 healing and breathwork sessions too. I offer a 12-month Breathwork Facilitator Training or a 6-month accelerated program - these trainings are accredited by Breathing Space and approved by the Global Professional Breathwork Alliance.

Rather than seeing money as a transactional energy to use, we need to view it as a loving relationship that requires mutual care, responsibility, respect, and appreciation to be healthy.

Thanks so much for all the kind messages when I was ill last week!!! it was one of those virus infections that wobbled my mental health as much as physical so was very lovely to recieve so much kindness!!!

On 1st February, it is Imbolc, traditionally the 1st day of Spring, when we might see the first flowers return after winter.

This is when we may feel the urge to start making changes in how we express ourselves, stepping out of winter and preparing for warmer times.

Like all of nature, our inner winter landscape begins to thaw, and our inner fire begins to gently ignite again…

Some questions we can journal or shamanic journey with, to support stepping out of Winter and into Spring consciously, are:

• What has winter asked me to slow down, feel, or face?
• Where in my body do I feel a small ember of desire, trust, or aliveness returning?
• If this ember were allowed to lead, where in my life would it want more warmth and energy first?

Try journaling with these prompts and don’t give too much thought to the answers, surprise yourself, and just see what comes.

My answers -

1. Winter has asked me to slow down, tidy my house and listen more deeply to what my needs are.
2. I feel an ember of aliveness in my womb.
3. This ember in my womb is asking for more time for visioning and creativity. It's guiding me to enquire what new wants to be born through me?

I don’t actually make vision boards when manifesting (I just mentioned in the vid to make a point 😆), but I do have visions,...and I obsess over them.

⚡A Global Love Revolution (all other visions feed into this one 😆)

⚡ My Money Intimacy book written and published.

I used to hear a lot that you can create a vision board, then forget about it and await the universe to bring all your dreams to you at the perfect time.

While I’m not saying that this is impossible, neuroscience just shows something else.

We actually need to think about our visions as much as possible and get excited about them too.

This supports the creation of new neural pathways in our brains. It also causes 'synaptic pruning' of old stories we no longer need.

Are you clear on your vision, and can you imagine it clearly and get excited about it?

Some good questions to ask yourself are...

❤️ How will you share who you are on the earth?
❤️ What experiences does your soul need now?

It was for a New Year Reset and was the first time I'd done an in-person 1to1 in over a year I think.

Really love to do but don't always have the time due to teaching commitments these days.

Im gonna try to make time to do more though as know I need to be working more with Diamond Energy again really ...

Awww this is my absolute favourite part of the 10month Breathwork Facilitator Training!!

We are nearly half way through the journey now and my students are starting their case studies 😍😍😍.

They do them through the training so that the are fully supported in the experience and each case study helps them to grow as facilitators.

I am honestly buzzing with pride at each of them.

Their offerings again have blown me an away - I want to attend them all!!!

And just so exciting to see them 'out there' sharing the power of Breathwork in the world.

Ancestral memories are passed on through our DNA. Some of these stories are about money and survival.

They live in our nervous system because, at one point in time, they helped us stay alive. Our nervous system is our protector.

But what if some of these stories have outlived their purpose? What if they’ve shifted from being helpers to being blocks?

Patterns around money, fear, scarcity, holding on, pushing away, or not trusting ourselves often aren’t personal failures. They are inherited survival strategies.

As part of 'Reclaim Your Money Power' - a 6-month journey, we explore ancestral money stories, not to blame the past, but to bring them into consciousness. To see where they are still supporting us, and where they may be quietly shaping our choices in ways that no longer serve us.

Money has been both sacred and something to be afraid of throughout history.

So the question becomes, how do you want to relate to money in your future?
