Hello, Im Shakti Tracy - A Breathwork and Shamanic practitioner, focussed on healing the relationship between the masculine & feminine polarities to create inner union and transformation to your relationship with yourself, others and the planet. In my sessions, I support people to access altered states of consciousness through shamanic and breathwork practices to help them to transform past patterns, release unexpressed emotions, and call back lost powers. Ultimately I want to help people to rediscover their connection to their own heart’s truth - to embody their Diamond Self – their own divinity. I work with the Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine as supporting energies- however you do not need to have the same beliefs as me to attend these sessions - you can consider these as Energies, Gods, Archetypes or parts of yourself - whatever works best for you. I offer a range of group workshops and am available for 1to1 healing and breathwork sessions too. I offer a 12-month Breathwork Facilitator Training or a 6-month accelerated program - these trainings are accredited by Breathing Space and approved by the Global Professional Breathwork Alliance.

I've had a couple of people enquire about doing the 10month Breathwork Facilitator Training with me.

Is there anyone else interested in this at mo?

I'm considering offering a March starting date instead of waiting until September if there is interest.

Let me know in comments or drop me a DM if you might be interested - I could send you the course handbook book too.

The training is created by Breathing Space and approved by the Global Professional Breathwork Alliance. And this next training would be the 9th cohort I've led :).

Very grateful to my Reclaim your Money Power group and this 'purification' phase where we are spending 4 weeks clearing out and tidying up to make space for the new!!!

I'm now into day 4 of tackling my clean clothes volcano that had exploded all over my dining room.

soooooo much ironing done, clothes and towels folding and also extra washing done.

I think I may actually have reached the peak of my spiritual evolution if I manage to get to the bottom of both the washing basket and clean clothes all put away simultaneously 😆.

seriously anything is possible if I achieve this...🤯

well for the 5 mins it lasts anyway 😆😆😆😆

A few people have been asking about the Shamanic Kink Immersion in Sicily!

I haven’t mentioned it because I arrived home in this incredible love bubble and honestly needed time to just ground and integrate everything.

However, it was AMAZING.

The facilitators.Francesca Gentille and Shadi Terra hold such profound love and wisdom. I especially wished I could download all the knowledge and magic Francesca holds - her knowledge on sexual healing is extraordinary.

And the experiences I had were profound.

In one shamanic practice, I became Mount Etna herself, and I could feel the power of her volcanic fire moving through me.

I had past life experiences as well. I saw myself as a temple priestess kidnapped onto a slave ship, then being burned as a witch. Then goddess Lilith appeared, reminding me of my own power and that, if I survived all of this in the past, I am now UNSTOPPABLE.

Later in the retreat, we did partner work in which one person took the sacred submissive role and the other the divine dominant role.

In the sub role, I experienced the magic of first love again — the innocent excitement and sweetness of connection I hadn’t felt in years. It was absolutely beautiful to remember that energy and feel how open and pure it can be.

When I swapped into the divine dominant role, I got to experience myself as a Goddess (Shakti, of course 🥰), and the person I was with totally became Shiva.

We were in this divine love story together across all eternity; it was one of the most beautiful things I’ve ever experience. And it just totally blew my mind that I was meeting Shiva in real life (at last 😆) !

As Goddess Shakti, I was able to bring in and hold so much power into the space too.

It’s been three weeks since I returned, and I am still mostly walking around in a love bubble.

Instead of waking with tears (which I had been before I left), I wake and remember that I am Shakti and I am TRUE LOVE itself.

I honestly feel more ready than ever for a LOVE REVOLUTION.

And I really want to create a free online workshop soon to share this energy too.

I want everyone to know — we are all TRUE LOVE really ❤️

It's our purification seminar today for Reclaim your Money Power.

We did ancestral healing last time, but this is more about things in our current lives that need a bit of a tidy-up (and yes, this includes our homes!!).

We also explore what money habit, belief, behaviour, pattern you are absolutely done with and then use the breath and intention to return them all to the cosmic love recycling machine 😍😍😍

it is so important to create this space before welcoming in the new or it's just gonna either gonna cause inner conflict or you won't have space!

Woohoo :) just on a little walk by the beach after leading today's Breathwork seminar.

The students are now a quarter of the way through the 10month Breathwork Facilitator Training.

Today's seminar was all about how we inform our breathers what they can expect at our sessions.

I think my breathers can expect my sessions to be spiritual as f**k as I say this on my profile 😆.

However they also need to know location, time, cost, what to expect during a workshop and after and other safety essentials.

Without all this info they can't make informed consent over whether it's the right space for them to be.

We always as much as possible give agency and power to the breathers to make their own decisions about what they need.

A couple of weeks ago, I started a year-long priestess training with Paulina Amora and on Monday, the group received a healing activation where new energies came through for us to work with.

To my absolute surprise, one of the energies that arrived for me was unicorns. They came out of the clouds, filled my body, and merged with me. As this was happening, Paulina sensed their presence too and shared how she hadn't planned this, but the unicorns had turned up for the group.

Yesterday, while I was holding a shamanic journey for my breathwork students to explore how their healing path would support their future work, I saw myself surrounded by unicorns again.

I received clear guidance that I would be bringing back my work on 'Reclaiming Your Sexual Power' and that they would be supporting this.

This is so exciting!!

Unicorns bring such high vibrational healing, purity, and a connection to childlike innocence, an aspect of our sexual power that is so often lost through abuse and false narratives around sexuality. That innocent, joyful essence is often lost through of shame or harm, and having this unicorn energy to support the reclaimation of this work is a really interesting shift for me (im sooooo much more used to Kali or Durga coming in for support!)

Next week I'm off to Sicily for a week-long shamanic kink immersion which i just felt i was meant to be attending too so it will be interesting to see how things continue to flow there.

Anyway, I asked ChatGPT to make a picture of me as a unicorn and it creating the image below (it says it can't remove the dress though as it doesn't do nudes hehe) 🦄✨

In today’s Breathwork Seminar, we explored the idea of the Twin Trail and how our own journey of healing can be part of the unique medicine we bring to our breathwork sessions.

The Twin Trail is the inner and outer paths that we make on our journey.

The inner path is everything that’s happening inside of us. Our healing, our breath, our nervous system, our emotions, our connection to soul. It’s learning to sit in the fire of our own pain and breathe through it.

The outer path is how that inner work shows up in the world, through the spaces we hold, the sessions we lead, our creativity, relationships, and service.

And they’re never separate. They constantly feed each other.

If we only walk the outer path, doing, giving and teaching, we can end up working but being disconnected from our deeper truth and purpose. That’s when burnout or dissatisfaction happens.

If we only walk the inner path, constantly processing and waiting to be “ready”, we can get stuck in the healing loop and never meet the world with our offerings.

The truth is, no one else gets to decide when you’re ready. Only you.

We need to have balance between both paths to bring the truth of who we are to the world.

Day 2 are cullercoats coffeeshop, trying to catch up with reading all the amazing work by my new Breathwork students.

I was ill last week so fell behind a bit but they have been absolutely slaying it!!!

Especially on social media.

I encourage them to share their Breathwork journey from the beginning of the training as know it can be difficult for some people to be visible and be seen.

but this is how people can find out and access what we offer!

however this group have honestly just absolutely rocked this aspect so much. so proud of them. Can only imagine where they will be in 9 months time when they finish the training 🔥🔥🔥

yay!!! love that I get the love revolutionaries to work with on this training. every single one of them changing the world with love in their own unique way in partnership with the breath!!!

woohoo celebrating the amazing noelia of .into.breath and Emma of for graduating as Breathing Space - Graduate Breathwork facilitators today!!!

woohoo!!! it's been so awesome to watch them both embody their unique medicines with Breathwork and connect deeper with their truth.

Noelia lives in Australia but somehow found me as her teacher on the other side of the planet and I have watched her embody her own magic during the training and now she's supporting others to do the same!

Em already had such depth of connection to plants and the earth before doing this training and I love how she takes groups 'into the field' to breathe together. She also has a magical connection with words which I'm sure she will continue to develop.

Just such an honour to have been a teacher, guide and friend to you both on the path!!!

The universe has had me on such depths of heart clearing the past few months.

I know it's been a cracking open to be able to hold more love and let more love flow through me but it's been hard graft too 😝

but still here (woohoo 🎉😝🥳)

This isn't a 'money mindset' training it's a journey that connects you to your purpose,worth and doesn't let money blocks get in the way of being all you dream to be.
