Botanica Holistic Therapy Botanica Holistic Therapies offer a range of massage therapies and facial treatments to assist with wellbeing focusing on mind, body and soul.

I am passionate about complimentary therapies and their ability to prevent stress, which can make you physically and psychologically unwell. Stress can cause high blood pressure, anxiety and depression. I completed my level 3 in Swedish massage and Indian head massage 2015 and I am a qualified Clinical Aromatherapist. I am a member of the International Federation of Professional Aromatherapists (IFPA). During the lockdown I decided to focus on my passion for aromatherapy and my love of essential oils and set up a new practice so I could share my knowledge and help people improve their own wellbeing.
