This months NYR essential oil of the month is Myrrh (Latin name Commiphora myrrrha),Myrrh has antiseptic, healing and anti-inflammatory properties. Recent studies have looked into the possibilities of using Myrrh to treat inflammatory conditions such as arthritis.
