Lots of people have been asking and I will once again be running some Foam Roller Workshops. These are 60 min sessions showing how to properly use a foam roller for muscle release, stretching and rehab.

Places are limited and the workshop is £25, next one will be on Sunday 24th March and hoping to run another in late April.
