In August 2025 we had 30 missed appointments equating to over 9 hours of clinical time.

As we do understand emergencies happen please try and give the practice 24 hours notice if you are unable to attend so we can offer the appointment to another patient.

There are a few roadworks going on around Whitley bay at the moment so if you do have an appointment with us give yourself plenty time to get to your appointment. 😁
