I’m so excited to bring a Yin Yoga morning to the beautiful setting of Painters Forstal Community Hall this September.

Join me for 3hrs of gentle, floor-based Yin poses where we linger for a few minutes to allow the body to lengthen, to breathe and provide space for the mind to become quiet & reflective.

Suitable for newcomers or experienced Yinners, this extended practice will allow us to attend to the Chakras, Meridian Energy lines that travel the body and engage the parasympathetic nervous system state of calm and rest.

Using props to support the body, Yin Yoga

Our second Restorative & Reiki Sunday at Shakti Den - Whitstable was another beautiful afternoon. Guiding and holding space for our attendees to focus inward and attend to Self is powerful in many ways, not least in that it can create capacity for all they love off the mat too.
