Hi everyone,

I'm Shelley, a holistic massage therapist specialising in women that are currently experiencing burnout or those with nervous system overload.

I have been on my own healing journey over the past few years and got to a point where all the years of over stimulation and continuous fight or flight had me exhausted, overwhelmed and unable to endure any stress.

I've made a commitment to slow down and be so much more intentional about where my energy goes and part of that commitment means understanding that taking time for me is essential for my overall wellbeing.

I’m really passionate about helping other women do the same, and to stop normalising burnout, chronic stress, and running on empty as just “part of life.”

Instead, I want to create a space where you can feel safe to pause, reset, and reconnect with your body in a way that feels nourishing and supportive 🪽

I’m currently looking for massage models as I continue to grow and refine my practice. Sessions will be offered at a reduced rate in exchange for honest feedback and promotional photos/videos (all will be decent and we will discuss what your comfortable with beforehand).

✨️Define brows naturally so they look more structured without daily makeup.

Microblading is an amazing option for clients with sparse or gappy brows. However, even when gaps are present, the remaining natural hair can sometimes be coarse. In these cases, adding shading helps create the illusion of fullness and ensures the real brow hairs blend seamlessly with the microbladed strokes.
In the photo, the brow on the left shows the result with microshading, while the brow on the right shows the result without microshading.
