An extremely busy and productive start to the year for our brilliant Tender/Estimating department who haven't had time to breath and have successfully submitted a total of 9 much larger tenders in the last month as well submissions for much smaller schemes.

Hopefully, this is a true sign that the local Kent contracting market is going to be an extremely buoyant one in 2023 despite continued reports from central Government and we are delighted to have been invited to tender on all projects!

Now....we wait with baited breath to hear on how we've scored!

Red Key Concepts is a privately-owned dynamic, professional Construction Management, Traditional Main Contracting and Development company based in Kent but covering the whole South East of England. Established in 2003, we pride ourselves on our 15 years of specialising in the project management techniques to oversee the planning, design and construction of projects from conception to delivery. We aim to take away the stresses and strains that come with construction projects by proactively managing the budget to deliver on time and to an exceptionally high standard, often far beyond expectations.

The cost effective and adaptive solutions we can offer projects and programmes continues to ensure that we provide the client with the best service possible. We tailor the delivery system, project approach and pricing structure to fit every client and project needs for the successful outcomes and solutions. Our in house buying team ensure packages and materials are sourced and secured at the best possible price without compromising quality. By being able to offer Clients both 1) the open book policy - which creates transparency between all parties and beneficial manoeuvrability alongside the 2) Traditional Main Contracting business model - which offers the benefit of a fixed price contract, we can ensure that we agree the best business model for your project build from the off set.

We are delighted to see our workload increase year on year, and the Directors are confident this trend will continue far into the future. Our existing and secure workload provides an enviable platform for sustained and manageable growth across both residential and commercial sectors.

We believe the success of a project is not based purely on a contractual relationship but is as much about maximising the performance of our supply chain, through personnel management. This ultimately benefits the project in terms of costs, efficiency and deliverability.
