Here we are! At a turning point

The Den as we know it has completed its cycle 💫

Four years of gathering, connecting, evolving together culminated with the Winter Solstice Ceremony led by our long standing Medicine Woman Hazel of the Grove.

We believe this process is a sign of the time. Allowing the new to emerge. ❤️

We thank you all for journeying with us.

Shakti Den will be incubating for awhile but in the meantime the Cromwell road space will be imbued with new life as Oasis Studio opens its doors on January 17th — follow .studio.whitstable for updates ✨🌀

October has begun as the festival of Navratri ended, yesterday marking the last night in celebration of Goddess Durga — the compassionate warrior Hindu Goddess.

Pictured here is our dear Kali statue you have walked by while entering the studio. This form of the Goddess is the Fierce One born from Durga’s third eye. She cuts through the illusion of the false identity and brings us back to our luminous Self.

Navratri is a celebration of the light over dark forces, the celebration of our light over our own inner demon ❤️‍🔥

Beginnings and endings have never been so intimate. This liminal moment offers the manifestation of transition and change as we witness the perfect balance of light and dark. These are ever present but even more potent in this time and space portal.

My Yoga and Spiritual practice has been a portal bringing me to greater alignment with my soul purpose and heart desire while my commitment to journey back to my centre, and figure out who I am underneath it all, is what inspires me and gives me the structure and strength I had been seeking. It has evolved over the last decade from looking to transcend the body as seen in the more male centric and ascetic spiritual ways to now descending into my magic and relationship with the Earth and Great Mother.

I am here to guide you in this soul exploration. I am here to accompany you while you do the important work of honouring your soul’s desire. 🤍🙏🏻

This Saturday with Hazel of the Grove 🪶

Aligning with the Equinox, the pinnacle of seasonal and cosmic balance where light and dark, day and night are equal in the measurement of time, we shall share a guided meditation to align and centre our physical, emotional/feeling, mental/psychic and Spiritual bodies, followed by an inner journey, held with traditional drumbeat to explore and call in to awareness that which assists us in maintaining a healthy balance on all levels of our being.

These Sacred Spaces, practising the Art of Inner Journey, assist immensely in expanding our Awareness and keeping the connection with our Higher Self, Inner Wisdom, and, the Trust in our Hearts to navigate our paths with the Self Empowerment and Inner Knowings that is our natural and inherent way of being.

Please arrive at the studio early.
Bring a light blanket and comfy headrest (blankets are available to borrow at the studio) and a journal if you wish.

To be Empowered, to trust our guidance, our intuition and psychic senses, to navigate our everyday life from our hearts and our inner knowing, to strengthen our connection with Nature and All that is, to nurture wellbeing on every level, Inner Journeying and Sacred Healing Spaces are in my experience both fundamental and essential to ones Journey of Self Healing and Empowerment.
In these times of growing technology it is particularly important to develop, maintain and expand our connection to our Higher Self, our Conscious Awareness, and our Truth that we are our own Healers and Teachers.
