I am from Whitstable, Kent and I am a fully qualified holistic therapist specialising in Womb Healing, Reiki, ThetaHealing, Reflexology and Massage. My aim is for everyone to leave de-stressed, relaxed and revitalised. With all the pressures of daily life it is all to easy to forget who we are. Why does womb healing matter? 💫

We do not begin this life with just ourselves. We begin in a womb that was formed inside another womb.

Your body carries more than your personal story, it carries imprints of your maternal lines survival, silence, strength, unspoken grief, endurance, love that never had a language and all the happy stuff too of course!

The maternal line is not just genetics, it is nervous systems patterned over generations. It is beliefs about womanhood absorbed before we had words. It is how safety, sexuality, creativity, and power were modelled or even suppressed!

Womb healing is not about blaming the past or about digging for trauma. It is about gently asking ourselves:

What am I still carrying that was never mine?
Where am I repeating what was endured?
Where can I choose differently?

When we bring conscious presence to the womb, something subtle shifts.

We move from unconscious inherited patterns to an embodied choice! The healing may be quiet and gentle. It may look like softer boundaries, healthier rest for you and a deeper sense of safety in your own body.

And when one woman chooses to live differently, the maternal line changes itself; forwards and backwards for the women who came before you and who may come after you.

This is part of what we will be exploring inside Womb Alchemy - The Portal of Creation - not through force, but through safety, divine presence, and choice.

A 6 Week Sacred Journey into the Wisdom of Your Womb

There is a quiet pulse within you, a memory, a power, a rhythm that has always been yours.

I am gently opening the doors to Womb Alchemy - a 6 week online immersion devoted to remembering, reclaiming and reawakening the intelligence of the womb.
