Thank you so much to Joy Lane Primary School for inviting us down to watch their annual firework display! 🎆💫 Our residents had a magical evening watching the display. Smiles, amazed faces and a few ‘oohs’ and ‘aahs’ made it a special night to remember. 💖

We had a spook-tacular time celebrating Halloween — full of smiles, sweets, and spooky fun! 👻🕸️🎃
Painting pumpkins, getting crafty with Halloween decorations, and baking up some sweet seasonal treats! 🧁

We had a fantastic time last week enjoying a wonderful performance by Kevin Walsh 🎶 and a lovely trip to Blean Farm Shop, where we got to meet some of their animals 🐑

Recently as part of Care UK’s fixer upper project, our team and Residents have been working together to create a new raised planter, to help brighten our garden. Our maintenance team up-cycled an old wooden palette and once the planter was complete, our Residents painted it with bright and colourful designs.
We then enjoyed a trip to our local nursery where we picked out some lovely winter plants and pots, which some Residents then planted at gardening club🌸🌼

It’s been a fun-filled few weeks here at our home!
Our residents have been keeping active with our lively keep-fit sessions, singing along with our wonderful entertainer Elvis, and enjoying trips out on the minibus.
We also made carrot cake for national baking week this week! Smiles all around and happy memories made! 💕

Last week we had a fantastic trip on the Tenterden steam railway, travelling from Tenterden to Bodiam🚂
Such a lovely journey, taking in the scenic countryside views along the way🌳
