What you do frequently, becomes your frequency ✨
The things you come back to again and again… shape how you feel, how you move through life, and the energy you carry.
So if you’re constantly in “go mode”, overstimulated, rushing from one thing to the next… that becomes your baseline.
But the same is true the other way round.
When you regularly give yourself space to slow down, to breathe, to rest, then your body begins to recognise that as safe. As normal.
Make sound baths part of your self care.
