Homemade coleslaw made with yoghurt and cider vinegar, not mayo, helps keep my gut healthy and because I could live on coleslaw. Shop bought just isn’t the same.
Homemade granola. I’m not a big breakfast girl so making this encourages me to chuck some ontop of yoghurt and set up my day the right way rather than cravings later in the morning.
