Just a sample of the food that members have been making this week to help them achieve their weight loss goals

Margaret from my Thursday morning group is famous for her muffins 😎 Her SW blueberry muffins feature at every group taster event we hold 😋 Her mojo has been in overdrive this week as she has been experimenting with different flavours. These raspberry and almond muffins helped her achieve a fantastic weight loss this week. They are her very low syn take on a bakewell tart 👍 It's all about finding healthier alternatives to all your old high syn favourites 😍
