Saturday chill time 😎
Today I had so much planned. It was going to be a productive day of jobs in the home. However, every little thing I started didn't go to plan. I managed to throw cacoa powder all over the kitchen 🙃 then dogs water bottle was kicked over and water went under the kick boards so they all came off and had to be dried and so on...
I decided this was my worlds way of telling me to stop. So instead I have done a few bits like washing and changing bed linen but other than that I have spent time with my family and didn't even bother to get dressed 😃 so this was today's plan made for me ❤️
I am going to read for a while whilst the others watch the rugby and then visit a dear friend later on.
Sometimes we just need to stop and pay attention and not feel bad for having a down day ♥️ xx

There are physical benefits that aid flexibility, tone and strengthen muscles and aid pain relief.

Take some time and really sit with yourself and have a think about how you're doing. If you pin point any issues have a think about what you could do from a wellbeing or mindfulness perspective to improve this issue.
You know yourself better than anyone else and have the ability to improve your physical and mental health ✨️
