However it's cold and damp, but do not fear. The Garden Room is warm and cosy, the massage couch heated and warm cosy blankets ready for you. Along with that all important heated towel for your back ❤️❤️❤️ deliciousness right there x

Please feel free to make use of it, the charge I incur is small and avoids multiple trips to the post office to pay in cash 😉

We are part of the big yard sale for Defibrillators For All this Sunday 21st at St Andrews parish Hall Whittlesey... we have literally tonnes of amazing quality stuff to sell all donated from local awesome generous souls ❤️❤️❤️ plus... CAKE!!!! And lots of it ... again donated from some amazing local bakers....individual cakes and whole cakes to purchase or sit with a cuppa and enjoy a social with us ❤️❤️❤️ come support an amazing 2 charities.. An opportunity to discuss symptoms and symptom control treatment options, supplementation, diet, exercise ... you name it.

They have been great opportunities for all the women who have joined so far to educate, signpost and hopefully let them know they are not alone
