Due to Fresha’s ongoing fees, I will be changing how you can book your future appointments, pricing structure and my opening hours. Without prior arrangement I will no longer provide treatments on Tuesdays but will open longer on Saturdays (appointments already booked will be honoured)

With immediate effect -

BOOKINGS
All treatments booked via Fresha will see a £5 price increase, this is to cover Fresha’s fees incurred and not for my benefit.

If you book directly through me prices will remain the same

PAYMENTS

If booked through Fresha you can still pay on the app.
If booked through me I will be accepting cash or bank transfer

New clients are now subject to a 50% deposit at the time of booking

Cancellation fees remain the same T&Cs. Any appointment cancelled within 48hours is subject to a 50% charge, no matter what the reason for cancellation.

These changes are to protect my business and will not impact on your treatment or the very warm welcome you will receive. Unfortunately changes in the industry caused by greed are forcing me to change how I operate. I don’t want to impose price hikes to my customers to cover fees but I have no choice, unless booked directly 😊
