Have you seen my google reviews? These are just two of my recent 5 star reviews. I’m incredibly grateful to my clients for taking the time to post these.

Have you thought about having a reflexology treatment? Want to experience what these two and my other clients have then get in touch with me. As a reminder I offer treatments innky@home and on a mobile basis in and around Whyteleafe and surrounding areas. I am also based in Epsom at NewLife Feriloty clinic on Mondays - you don’t need to be attending the clinic to book in with me for reflexology.

Hot lemon and honey tea can only mean one thing - yep I’ve been knocked out this week with a cold. Not shown in the pic is the mountain of tissues I have gone through and the echinacea I’ve also been taking. Is there any tried and tested remedies you swear by for a cold?

Not quite the start back I was hoping for in 2025. So grateful to my lovely clients who have been very understanding with cancelling appointments this week. Very much looking forward to getting back to it next week instead and seeing what 2025 brings me with clients and treatments.

❤️ National Fertility Awareness Week 2024 4.11.24 - 08.11.2024 ❤️

Many are going through fertility issues right now; 1 in 7 couples face fertility issues and so it’s likely that you know someone going through this or are going through this yourself. My heart goes out to you if you are going through this. It’s a rollercoaster ride and a club that no wants to join and can feel like the loneliest club to be in.

When I was going through fertility treatment I was so lucky that I had people around me that had also been through it and we supported each other. Not everyone is this lucky though and that’s why we need to do all we can to raise awareness. I’m so pleased that Fertility Network UK are using this week to raise awareness on the impact Fertility has on mental wellbeing.
