As my business continues to grow, it’s beginning to weave together all the other passions in my life, especially poetry and meditation 🧘‍♂️✨

I’ve been exploring Insight Timer for years (it is a meditation app - honestly, it’s the best app ever!), and it’s inspired me to record my own.

I’ve created something that’s a little bit meditation, a little bit poetry, inspired by the seasons and nature, and the gentle reminder that we too, must pause.

Today marks four beautiful years of The Zen Lotus, four years of growth, healing and love. ✨

What began as a dream and a deep calling has blossomed into something truly special, a space where I’ve been lucky enough to meet the most amazing, beautiful souls and share in so many moments of peace and empowerment.

I’ve spent years building, learning, and pouring my heart into this work, and I couldn’t be prouder of how far it’s come. What was once just an idea has become a living, breathing reality, my passion made real.

To celebrate, I’ve launched a Substack where I’ll be sharing new pieces of my writing, reflections, poetry, and thoughts on wellbeing, spirituality, and life. ✍️

✨ Welcome Back ✨

After two weeks of some training, slow mornings, pumpkin picking, lunch dates, and painting, I’m feeling refreshed and ready for what always seems to be the quickest time of year, the run-up to Christmas! 🎄

I am back in full flow, kicking things off with the Mindful Alignment Programme today, the perfect way to ground ourselves as the nights draw in.

Over the next few weeks, I’ll be sharing some exciting updates, from the courses I’ve recently completed to a few beautiful things you might want to treat yourself to (or someone special) just in time for Christmas.

Here’s a little clue about what’s coming… it involves one of my favourite natural wellbeing brands, think botanical, nurturing, and timelessly beautiful 🌿✨

🙏✨️ Holiday Mode ON! 🙏✨️

This year, between this and my full-time job, I’ve only taken one full week off, so for the next two weeks, I’ll be fully unplugging.

No emails. No messages. No bookings. Just time to fill my own cup and ground my energy. ☀️

I feel so deeply thankful to see The Zen Lotus becoming everything I dreamed of.
This journey has been built with intention, love, and a lot of hard work, and watching it grow is so exciting 🌸

So while I’m away, I won’t be responding to messages, but know that I’ll return refreshed, recharged, and ready to hold space again with an even brighter light.

💜🎂 The Zen Lotus' 4th Birthday Blog Launch 🎂 💜

I’ve always written. Journals, bits of poetry, random thoughts written down all throughout my teens and early 20's.
Then, for a while, it stopped as life got busy, energy shifted, and the words just weren’t there anymore.

After becoming a Reiki Master back in April, it’s like a switch flicked back on. I have started writing again, quietly at first, then stronger. Writing feels natural again, like catching up with an old friend. This was written just weeks after I completed my training.

🎂 Now, as The Zen Lotus approaches it's 4th birthday on the 3rd of November, and with the number 4 representing stability, grounding, and strong foundations, it feels like the perfect time to share my writing with you all in the form of a blog. 🙏

A space for real, down to earth conversations about health, wellbeing, grounding, and the little things that connect us all. It’s about living with more lightness, more awareness, and more heart. 💕
