Well here at Natures way I’ve been quiet for too long and thought it was time to update and put on a post to tell everyone what I do .
I have qualifications in nutrition, advanced nutrition and allergy testing . So with my vast knowledge I am able to give advice and also I have a machine which can test for any intolerance you may have to foods or even dog /cat hair , pollen etc . Once I have finished testing I can give you advice on how to proceed going forward with your diet . I’ve been testing for the last 11 years and I’m pleased to say I have many , many success stories.

Hi folks with all the uncertainty with coronavirus my advice would be build up your immune systems , good quality vitamins can help with this .
