❄️👣 Winter footcare 👣❄️

As the weather gets colder it's important to look after your feet. Cold weather can lead to dry skin, cracked heels and soreness. Here are some tips to keep your feet feeling great during winter.

👟 Invest in good footwear. Wear shoes that are weather appropriate, comfortable, insulated and have support. Avoid walking barefoot.

🧦 Wear warm, cosy socks that are breathable. Avoid socks that are tight and can restrict your circulation.

🧴 Moisturise daily with a nourishing foot cream to prevent dryness and cracked heels. Pay extra attention to your heels.

💦 Hydrate! Drink lots of water to keep your skin hydrated and feeling soft and supple.

🦶🏻 Exfoliate your feet with a foot file or a foot scrub to remove dead skin. This will help to keep your feet smooth and helps to absorb the moisturising cream

🥾 Protective footwear for outdoor weather. Avoid getting your feet wet and make sure if they do you dry your feet thoroughly to prevent fungal infections.

🩶 Treat yourself to a pamper. Soaking your feet in warm water and epsom salts will help to soothe tired feet and can help to improve circulation.
