Pilates By Ian Pilates sessions for all beginner to Advanced and any one with back issues. I started Pilates about 12 months ago at the end of November 2015.

I was advised by my osteopath to take part to help improve my back pain. I have had continuous back problems for over 15 years and thought it was time to do something about it. Since taking part in Pilates my visits have become less and less frequent from being twice weekly to now, non-existent. The strength through my core, increased mobility and change in posture has been immense, not only that, my sleep is greatly improved and my physical well-being with no back pain at the age of 49 just feels wonderful. This led me to re think my path after 30+ years in the city and retrain as a Pilates instructor. Now I get to help people achieve their goals and relieve their pain. I am a keen and attentive teacher who understands that pain due to spasms and various other issues can be frustrating and debilitating.
