Today we mark 13 years of caring, supporting, and walking alongside so many incredible people and their families. Over the years, we’ve shared laughter, milestones, quiet moments, and meaningful connections that have left a lasting imprint on our hearts.

We also take this moment to remember those we have cared for who are no longer with us. Each person entrusted to our care shaped who we are, taught us something special, and will always remain a part of our story. Their lives, their strength, and their memories continue to inspire the care we provide every single day. 🕊️

To our amazing care team - thank you for your compassion, dedication, and love. To the families who have trusted us during some of life’s most vulnerable moments — thank you for allowing us into your lives. 💜

Understanding Dementia Through Experience

At Personal Choice Carers at Home, ongoing learning is at the heart of what we do. This Wednesday, our team will be taking part in a Virtual Dementia Tour refresher session 💜

Having completed this training before, we know how powerful it is in helping carers truly understand what it can feel like to live with dementia. This refresher is a great opportunity to reinforce that learning — and it’s especially valuable for our new members of staff as they begin their journey with us.

We are an independent, family run agency who through personal experience saw the need for a return to the old-fashioned principles of care.

We understand how overwhelming it can be when first starting to look for care for a loved one. Having been through this experience we are here to give you the support that you need to have peace of mind that when you cannot be there, we are providing the care that you would expect for your loved one.
