🌙 Women’s Circles are coming to The Yoga Shed – The Moon Circle with

Join us for the first circle on Sunday, 1st February, a special gathering in honour of Imbolc - the ancient festival of renewal and rebirth.

This circle will honour Brigid, goddess of inspiration, healing, and crafts, and the first stirrings of new life. Together, we’ll create space for cleansing, reflection, and setting intentions for the season ahead, within a warm and supportive circle of women.

The circles are held by Anna of Sapphire Guidance, a Priestess of Gaia, Reiki Master, and Intuitive Tarot Reader, offering a grounded, nurturing, and intuitive space for connection and inner renewal.

Friday morning Yoga with Kate is back soon...

I'm thrilled to be continuing to teach classes at the yoga shed in Wickham!

🪷11-12am on Fridays, starting Friday 23rd January.
🪷I always start with a relaxation to ground and centre us, before we move into a yoga flow, coming back down to the floor for a restful savasana.
🪷Included will be pranayama, meditation and breath work to increase the mind body connection; shift energy as well as strengthening and supporting our bodies through mindful movement.

Mindful Mandalas - Beginners Workshop – a calming, creative escape with

Ever wondered about the beautiful Mandala painting on the wall at The Yoga Shed?

Mandalas have been used for centuries as symbols of unity, balance, and healing. Their soothing, repetitive patterns help to quiet the mind and bring focus to the present moment.
In this relaxed, beginner-friendly workshop, I’ll guide you step-by-step through the process of creating your own mandala – starting with simple lines and shapes, and gradually building intricate, beautiful designs using pencil and fineliner pens, all while sharing ways to use mandalas as a tool for mindfulness and nervous system reset.

This is more than just drawing – it’s a mindful, meditative experience that helps you:
✅ Reduce stress and release tension
✅ Improve focus and patience
✅ Let go of outcome and enjoy the journey of the process
✅ Stimulate your creativity in a calm, welcoming environment

No artistic experience? No problem! You don’t need to be “good at art” – just open to the process. You’ll likely be surprised at what you can create when you let go of expectations.
