It's been a very busy weekend here at , as I started the change over from counselling to counselling and hypnotherapy services. After being in this office for 3 years it was about time it was freshened up and given some personality, and this was definitely the perfect time to do it. Big thanks to my happy helper as I couldn't have got it all done on my own. We managed to get from chaos to calm in a relatively short space of time. Think we've earned a quiet night to put our feet up! 😁

A really kind gift from a lovely lady today, who is still continuing with her sessions but wanted to acknowledge how far she's come. Absolutely made my day. And I was so happy I found a spare coffee jar to use as a vase until I got home. 😅xx

Sometimes we have that feeling that something just isn't right, that there's something within us that we'd like to change or learn more about. It can feel really confusing and scary. It can feel daunting asking for help or knowing where to start. But once you send that initial contact over, no matter how brief it is, I will get back to you and we can begin making sense of it together. It can take time, but you don't have to do it alone. ❤️

I just have a few more appointments before I can take a well earned rest (or at least some time off work!) over the Christmas period. I'd like to thank everyone for their support this year, as it's certainly been a busy one! For about a year now I have been doing some work for an EAP. And I feel truly honoured that out of around 2000 counsellors I received 1 of 5 awards presented at a recent conference. My award was for upholding the value of Respect based on client feedback. And what a wonderful gift I got in the post this morning. Thank you so much! 💖

6 months ago I decided that I wanted to set myself a personal challenge. As a slightly overweight 41 year old who is definitely not at the peak of fitness, I wanted to do the colour obstacle rush (5k run with inflatables to climb through whilst having paint thrown at you - I know it's sounds crazy!). And today I did it! I achieved what I set out to do all those months ago. So I guess the purpose of this is to say, you can achieve anything if you set your mind to it and put the effort it. Just go for it! 💖
