FREE YOGA

As part of mental health awareness week this week, if you join us next week for your first Parent and Baby Yoga session, your class will be FREE.

Our Parent and Baby class looks different each week depending on how our babies are feeling but each session includes a chance to move, breathe, check in with yourself and fellow parents as well as time to play and be present with your little one.

Help yourself to a brew, feed, change and soothe baby whenever you need.

Class is held at Yoga Universe in Hindley which is a lovely open and light space with private car parking and is also pram accessible.

A yoga class for parents where little ones can come with

A safe informal space to have a brew, chat, move and just have a minute

Little ones of any age welcome as long as you are comfortable with them being able play/join in for up to 45 minutes
