This extensive staining had been caused through years of smoking and drinking coffee and was present on all teeth. The staining is also masking a heavy build up of calculus, which has formed from a lack of interdental cleaning and poor brushing technique
The after picture was taken following the first airflow treatment.
Due to the substantial amount of staining and calculus the patient did require two appointments. On the second appointment any remaining flecks of staining was removed.
