This was such a huge step for me as working with children and adolescents over the past 6 months ( quite intensely )🤪 I’ve noticed a massive need for support in nervous system dis regulation and how bringing that calm energy can make a HUGE difference when a fidget just doesn’t cut it!

I combined the energy practice to suit the school and we worked on more energy healing for nervous system and bringing in calm 🧘‍♀️

I received a comment from a one of the staff yesterday saying

“There is calmness and positivity still around the school. Which is good energy, we need more of that”

Imagine if all schools did that 😍

Huge well done to Sophie and Josh on your training - you were amazing and those children are so lucky to have you in their journey ❤️

Back at it…

Was absolutely gorgeous to hold space for 10 amazing ladies with Amy this morning at All Ears MHA

All proceeds went to the amazing charity of All Ears in Wigan and if you don’t follow them, you certainly should!

All Ears provides

• Training and educational services
• Therapy
• Theraputic work
• Rage room (because we all need one!)
• Paint splatting room

Set up by Amy in memory of her friend who died by su***de in 2014 - she truly is a gem and bringing so much to Wigan.

The beautiful Monks Cottage Sanctuary is on the Wirral, it’s a beautiful space with loads of gorgeous energy ✨

There’s an upstairs and an outdoor space..

What we will be doing…

✨ Welcome and opening to the space with refreshments(weather dependent we will spend some time outside grounding)

✨ Allowing ourselves to surrender and be ‘held’ - feeling safe and allowing ourselves to feel safe

✨ Journaling to see where we are at on our journey

✨ EFT (tapping) to allow us to feel safe and held - opening up to joy and excitement

✨ Nutritious lunch prepared by me and my lovely Mum Tina Gale

✨ creative craft with making intention jars 🫙

✨ Ready to wind down by doing our own relaxing facial routine

✨Breathwork to relax the nervous system

✨ Soundbath to finish

✨ Goodybag and goodbyes (everyone will leave with a booklet with supportive methods to allow yourself to feel held)

- People do come alone, you will be added to a WhatsApp group so if you wanted to car share you can arrange it

- it’s a safe space and no one is here to ‘fix’ you - this is just some time for you

Just a little note from me 🌿

I’ve been a bit quiet on here lately as I took some time off socials to realign.

Sometimes holding space for so many people leaves you open to not holding it for yourself.

(Also had a bump to the head and currently recovering from concussion… 🙃)

Sometimes stepping back is exactly what you need and I’ve been honouring that.

✨ Reflection on 2025…. ✨

I don’t know about you but I have truly felt the below, I’ve outgrown so much this year and things I really shouldn’t have been holding onto I let go, I surrendered and wow it paid off.

This year asked a lot of us.
It was a year of shedding old patterns, old identities, old attachments that no longer fit who we are becoming.

Some things fell away.
Some truths came into the light.
And while it may have felt heavy at times, it was never about loss, it was about clearing.

Clearing space in the body.
Clearing space in the heart.
Clearing space in the nervous system and the soul.

As we move forward into the coming year, the energy shifts.
From release… to movement.
From processing… to embodiment.
From survival… to purpose.

This is a year to reconnect with your strength.
To move with intention.
To meet opportunities with readiness rather than hesitation.
