My page is quiet now like tumble w**d with me being so busy!

But I just wanted to share this as I’m feeling really grateful this morning as I just ‘stopped’

Every morning I drive my kids to school, I see a little girl around 3 walking with her Dad to nursery. She skips, smiles and she’s just so cute 🥰

Noticing that small thing in a morning instantly shifts my mood as I think, that little girl is just being herself absolutely not knowing what impact she has on my day. Her energy and her vibe genuinely not giving a single care, this morning with her little umbrella and mac and wellies in this awful weather still with a little smile on her face 🥹

Finding small grateful moments in every day ✨

This morning even sitting on the couch and having a brew with my oldest is just an ‘ahhhh moment’ in my chaotic life at the moment.

If we can just find those ‘glimmers’ the mood changes!

What a gorgeous evening - my first:

✨ 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐧, 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐥 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 ✨

Using gorgeous Temple Spa 🧖‍♂️ products to connect with body, mind and soul.

We went through a step by step gentle simple facial, using some lymphatic drainage techniques and connected with the Mediterranean scents of Temple Spa.

We took time to connect inwards with our body’s and felt the gratitude for the skin and the connection with it being the barrier between our inner and outer world.

We then felt safe and held with a gorgeous Soundbath using bowls, gongs and chimes 🎼

A mixture of skin care, nervous system regulation, self care and checking in with your body with a body mapping meditation.

You’ll receive a pamper package in the post including a Temple Spa cleanser, toner, Repose moisturiser, and a soothing herbal tea to sip as we begin.

Together over Zoom, I’ll gently guide you through a connecting facial ritual, a chance to nurture your skin and calm your mind.

We’ll then move into EFT for calmness and a sleepy meditation, helping you unwind, release the day, and drift into deep relaxation.
