🌲Wow....what an amazing night away with this fabulous bunch of mindful souls ✨
Our focus was on cultivating peace by letting go of expectations, perfection, guilt and pressure ... Which we did by crafting using broken pieces of pottery to remind us that even broken things are and can be made beautiful again 🩵
Thank you all for coming to this year's festive overnight retreat, hope you've all had a lovely time and have a safe journey home xx
