“Over ten years ago, I created a mood board at an event, filled with my hopes and dreams. Looking at it now, I’m amazed — everything I envisioned back then has come to life, and continues to unfold in ways I never imagined.”

Wednesday: To begin a yoga session is more than stepping onto the mat for the first time—it is an inner invitation to meet yourself with honesty and openness. Each stretch becomes a gentle reminder that progress grows from patience, and each moment of balance or wobble teaches presence.
