🌿 Tranquil Nature Sound Journey: Breathwork & Deep Relaxation

Experience peace through guided breathwork and immersive natural soundscapes.

Unplug and unwind with a calming session designed to gently guide you into deep relaxation. We’ll begin with simple, accessible breathwork techniques to slow your heart rate and calm your mind, followed by a soothing journey through natural soundscapes—think rustling leaves, flowing water, and distant bird calls.

This session is non-spiritual, grounded in science-based relaxation methods to help reduce stress, support mental clarity, and restore your sense of balance.

Perfect for:
– Anyone seeking a moment of calm
– Beginners to breathwork
– Stress relief without spiritual content
– Nature lovers and overthinkers

Order of the evening:
Tea, coffee, hot chocolate, juice
Breathwork
Relaxation
Sound journey using a number of instruments to create the ambient nature sounds to relax.

The exchange is £10 message me to book and you can pay on the night. Just be mindful that this will sell out fast so get your name down.

The following should not attend if:-
