Tou-Can Group for Parents and Children - Ince Community Centre🧸🧩

We’ve had some brilliant sessions recently — lots of smiles, messy play, crafts, new friendships and plenty of energy from our little superstars! ✨

If you’re in the Ince area and looking for a warm, welcoming space to come and play with your little one, we’d love to see you. Sessions are every Wednesday 9am - 11.30am.

Picking up the phone is the 1st step towards happier times.

This photo was taken the day my little girl was born. She’s six now.

Back then, I was in a physically abusive and deeply unhappy relationship. It’s hard to even put that into words — but time does help. Healing isn’t quick or neat, but it’s possible.

I’m sharing this for anyone who needs to hear it today: things can change. You can rebuild.

TalkFIRST helped me when I felt completely lost, and they still do to this day. They gave me space to talk, to understand, to breathe again.

Now, I’m proud to say I’m a trustee — giving back to the organisation that helped me find my voice. 💛

CAN ANYONE HELP? We are urgently in need of gift bags of all shapes, sizes and occassions for our charity fundraisers at the end of August and Christmas. We have 2 weeks, to gather 100!
