Spring Equinox Blessings
I love this time of year, nature is waking up, the snowdrops and crocus are out and the light has finally returned after what seems like a very long winter!

As the days become lighter this is the start of the active cycle of the wheel of the year, where we are coming out of our inactive, restful hibernation to embrace the awakening of another new year full of opportunities and adventures 😊

The Equinox is a time for balance, so reflect on where you are in life, what’s going well and what needs attention. Then make small changes ( or big ones if you need to) to aligning your physical, emotional and spiritual needs.
I’ll be focusing on my time management as I have a habit of saying “I’ll just finish this bit” and before I know it another hours past! So I’m going to set my alarm for a set amount of time and when it goes off I’m done⏰

Keeping in the theme of balance and following the retreat I attended at the beginning of this year and with the energy of creation and alignment from the 3:3 portal earlier this month, I’m also working on aligning my emotional and spiritual self. Developing my desire for a stronger community and surrounding myself with other like minded beings. I’m looking forward to starting a regular drumming circle through the Wigan Wellness Web in April and I hope that those in attendance all come together to create a collaboration of light beings with a similar purpose, healing the soul, strengthening our connect to the Divine and being fully human, fully present in the here and now 😌

I hope you’re all looking forward to a super abundant year ahead where everything and anything is possible, dream big, love life and smile, the universe has your back🥰 xx

Crystal Healing Practitioner Course -1 Day Course
Sunday 12th April
10am-4.30pm

A professional 1 day course in crystal healing accredited and validated by Associated Beauty Therapists (ABT)

This is a comprehensive course including
* Introduction to Crystal Healing * How crystals Promote Healing *Aura and Chakras * Grounding * Crystal toolkit * Consultation and The Holistic Approach * Crystal Healing Procedure and Crystal Layouts * Crystal Directory containing information on 60 crystals * Crystals for Physical Conditions, Mental and Emotional issues * Crystals for Spirituality * The official Bits- guidance for professional conduct

To complete this course you are required to submit 2 case studies to be awarded your certificate, then with valid insurance you may wish to start your own holistic practise or add crystal healing to your current therapy list.

Requirements: You must have a basic understanding of crystals or have completed my Crystals and Crystal Healing Workshop for Beginners prior to your course.
You will require a Crystal Pendulum and Master Healer Crystal to use during your practical sessions, if you don’t already have your own there will be a selection to purchase on the day starting from £5.
8 quartz points for the crystal layouts are provided and there will also be a selection of crystal tumble stones to purchase if you wish.

Students are provided with a comprehensive manual to take home.
Students should bring a light lunch,Tea, coffee and water is provided throughout the dayo
Maximum of 4 students per class to ensure individual attention

Time:10am-4.30pm Cost: £145 (£135 if you’ve completed the Crystals and Crystal healing for beginner workshop)

Join us every 6 weeks as we gather together to work with the energies of the Goddess, the elements and the energy of the seasons. Each session is designed to enhance your personal power and spiritual development, awaken your intuitive self and share sacred space with other like minded women

The 1st Degree training is for those who wish to access the healing energy of the ancient ways, connect to life affirming healing energy, awaken your intuition and step into your true authentic self.
Once attuned you will have the ability to treat yourself with the self healing procedure as well as treat family and friends (and animals).Using specific hand positions to aid cosmic light energy to flow through the aura and chakras, enhancing the body’s own natural ability to heal itself on a physical, emotional and spiritual level.

The course is run over 2 days.

Join us this Sunday 1st March as we host a community charity event in aid of a local charity who offers support and resources for families in the Wigan area.

Enjoy the healing energy of Reiki for your mind body and soul as local reiki practitioners offer 20-30 minutes reiki sessions in exchange for a donation, all of the money raised will go to Daffodil Dreams.

What is Reiki:
An energy based healing therapy which works on realigning and balancing the life force energy (chi) that flows through and around our physical body. As a holistic therapy, Reiki works on our physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.
Reiki is received by the recipient fully clothed either lying on a therapy bed or seated in a chair.

Appointments are available to book in advance or just come along on the day but there may be a wait

We will also have a tombola with lots of prizes to be won to raise as much money as we can for this very worthy cause.

Join us on Sunday 1st March 11am-3pm for our Community Charity Reiki Share event in aid of Daffodils Dreams

Experience a 30 minute reiki session with one of our qualified reiki practitioners then pop your donation into the charity box provided. All the money raised will go to a local Wigan charity that offers support and resources for local families.

If you would like to support our event but pushed for time, shorter sessions are available on request

Reiki sessions are lying down on a comfortable therapy bed or if you prefer seated in a chair. You will remain fully clothed throughout the session, though we may ask you to remove your shoes if you are lying down.

All sessions are on a donation basis, give what you can afford or as much as you like, we will also have a tombola with lots of prizes for you to hopefully win, tickets are 2 for £1 and again all the money raised will go directly to Daffodils Dreams.
