Here’s a breakdown of DNAs across our services:
🔹 Nurse – 70 missed appointments
🔹 Phlebotomist – 42 missed appointments
🔹 Healthcare Assistant – 12 missed appointments
🔹 GP – 26 missed appointments
🔹 Physio – 5 missed appointments
🔹 Advanced Nurse Practitioner – 1 missed appointment
📉 Total: 156 missed appointments compared to 146 in December
