Our Emergency Department (A&E) is for serious and life or limb threatening conditions. If you need medical help and unsure of where to go, contact http://111.nhs.uk or call 111

10/11/2025

If you have an urgent – but not life threatening – medical need, your local A&E department will not be the place for you.
If you’re unsure whether to go to A&E, please start with NHS 111 first. You can visit them online or give them a call. They will direct you to the best service to get the right treatment.
