Right my lovely people of Facebook, be kind.. I look rough as chuff.. At one point I say "build the burning down" Instead of burn the building down 🤣 I hate speaking on camera!

Here is the reveal of the hamper.

Numbers are £1.50 each, 15 numbers availble.
Collection of hamper or delivery if local (wn postcode)
For further afield, a small charge of £3 for postage will be needed, please be aware when committing to a number.

This hamper will be wrapped with cellophane and presented as a hamper. The contents alone when individually priced are worth just under £25!
It would be a perfect gift for a loved one for Christmas, or alternatively breaking apart and gifting out individual items.

All numbers need to be paid before the draw, bank transfer or PayPal. Please comment belo which number you would like, then DM me arrange payment.

How exciting.. One week today until Wigan's Wellbeing Festival takes place at Kilhey court.

Limited reading appointments are available, please get in touch if you would like to book yourself a slot! Each reading receives a free gift.

As our Sunday night draws to a close, and along with it, it takes the last day of August.. Tommorrow we will awake in a brand new month, which will bring with it, it's own brand new season on the 22nd, Autumn🍂.

Tonight's card pull, the Queen of pentacles.

Now is the time to begin nurturing. We can do this by taking care of our bodies and offering nourishment and enrichment from the offerings of mother earth, eating well and healthy will prepare us for the colder months ahead now. Hearty soups and broths, stews and home cooked meals nourish the body in the best way.

We can make space and take time for ourselves to heal mentally and physically. With the colder months ahead, there will come a time to retreat and take stock of the year so far. Make sure you take these moments to reflect.

And most importantly, generosity. Not just to others, but to ourselves. We are often our own worst critic. When was the last time you offered yourself gentle words of encouragement? Congratulated yourself on your achievements? Recognised how far you have come? Now is the time to be kind to ourselves.

Pentacles talks of connection to money, and also to our health. And the queen urges you to be ready for the winter ahead, to make sure you are treating yourself with kindness, and make sure you have everything you need for Autumn 🍁 and winter ❄️
