Like many of us, I tried EVERY diet going!! After having my first child I had gained a lot of weight and was left feeling really low about myself with a feeling of no way out. At this point I was prediabetic, with high blood pressure and just walking to the shop used to leave me feeling exhausted. I was always on the bigger side from being a teen but until that point, I never felt so uncomfortable in my own skin. I would start a new diet and I would stay focused for a few weeks, but become demotivated by slow weight loss and end up in the same miserable place as I started continuing to gain weight....

Until I found The 1:1 diet by Cambridge Weight Plan... I went from a size 22/24 to a comfortable 14/16.. My blood pressure returned to "normal" and I was no longer pre diabetic. Not only this I started to enjoy life as a Mum, running around after my little one without feeling self conscience about myself and I managed to keep up! Fits in with a hectic lifestyle! Officially 2 stone down for me! I feel soooo much better already! I refused to eat rubbish to keep myself going as soon as the baby arrived… I learned my lesson from my first pregnancy. I reintroduced everything I preach daily to my slimmers and I’ve more energy, I can do more, back in majority of my pre pregnancy clothes and happier for it. 🩷 it’s not just about losing baby weight for me it’s about feeling in control and having self care/ self love

Not too sure if I even realise how far I’ve come .. it’s only when I look at pictures!

My 5 OH MY GOD moments when I lost 9.8 stone …

✨ I dropped 5 knicker sizes 🫣😅
✨ I went to Disneyland and could fit on the rides!
✨ My engagement ring is now too big rather then too small!
✨ My kids put their arms all the way around me for cuddles and even lift me up 😳🤭
