Last week, Chris, our Networker, attended a fantastic fundraising event in support of students from Wigan & Leigh College 🌍💛

The event was all about raising funds for their upcoming trip to Africa, where students will be supporting local communities through education and healthcare initiatives — such an inspiring cause!

Our Companion Café is back at Berystede Court next month, and we’re really pleased to be welcoming the incredible Macmillan Nurses as our guest speakers.

They’ll be sharing valuable advice and support around cancer care — whether it’s understanding a diagnosis, navigating treatment, or knowing what help is available for you or a loved one.

Nothing beats coming together over a brew and great conversation 💛

We had a fantastic time at our recent Companion Café at Berystede Court, where we were joined by the wonderful team from the MS Centre.

It was such an insightful session, giving everyone a better understanding of multiple sclerosis, the support available locally, and the importance of community. There were plenty of thoughtful questions, shared experiences, and lovely conversations throughout. (And Lily the dog was there too!)

Thank you again to Peter from Wigan MS Therapy Centre Ltd for taking the time to be with us — and to everyone who came along and made it such a welcoming and supportive afternoon ☕✨

This special event is raising funds for an inspiring voluntary trip to Arusha, Tanzania, where students will be working with local communities in hospitals and nurseries — making a real difference while gaining invaluable life experience.
