In this workshop we will consider the barriers we all put in the way of taking yoga away from the studio, before looking at ways to create a sustainable and varies home practice.

✨IT'S BACK✨
I am so delighted that BARRE returns this week!
𝗕𝗔𝗥𝗥𝗘
A blend of ballet, Pilates and yoga, BARRE focusses on building strength, flexibility and muscular endurance through small repetitive movements
A low impact, full body workout that targets core, legs and glutes in particular.
And just for The Den, BARRE will include a delicious savasana at the end too!

For now, BARRE will be a monthly class, the last Saturday morning of the month at 10am (except for December, when it is a week earlier on 20th December, and will have a FESTIVE TWiST)

🤰🏻PREGNANCY YOGA ~ Tuesdays at 6pm 🤰🏻
Each week, it is my absolute pleasure to guide mums-to-be through a yoga practice just for them.
A chance to move safely, mindful of the changes in the body as baby grows, relax and take precious time for yourself.
With postures designed to strengthen, stretch and ease those niggles, breathwork to regulate energy, meditation to ease a busy mind and time to completely relax.

Suitable for all expectant mums from 14 weeks gestation, this class is rolling, so no particular start date and you are welcome to make any week your first week!

Each class is £14, but why not make that commitment to yourself with a 6-class PREGNANCY PASS - £75 and valid for 8 weeks.

Arriving in time for a brew, before a gentle, all abilities movement practice to stretch and release, to ease physical tension.
We will then share a delicious vegetarian lunch, plenty of time to chat, or to reflect.
And then the softest of yin & nidra practices to find a deep state of relaxation.

New to yoga, or a few mat-miles under your belt, you would be so very welcome to share this beautiful day.
